I was having an issue with my water heater leaking and they sent Mike over to look at it. He was GREAT! Very nice and really knew what he was doing and was experienced at his job. He was also very honest and helpful. If I ever need any more plumbing work done, I will definitely call and ask for him. I'm sure everyone who works there is great, but I really trust Mike's work.

We had a new sump pump and back-up installed. The employees were professional and courteous while in my home. They completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend David Lies Plumbing.

I had Mr. Handyman of Wichita come out to give me quotes on a couple of items ranging from a faucet replacement (I already had the faucet) to some refinishing and window sill replacement projects. They came in and did a great job on replacing the faucet same day but I've struggled to get the other estimates for work that I requested. I understand that this was all during the middle of the COVID situation so some grace granted there but at this point I can't give a higher rating without more follow up.

As a follow up, I did get the estimates I was looking for and had some additional work done as a result. I had them replace a couple of window sills that we’re going bad and I feel like they did a good job at a fair price. There were other projects that I decided based on the estimates to pass on a couple of the projects and do them myself but that’s ok....that’s the info I was looking for.

I have used JL Plumbing both at my place of business and at my home. Both times Jay was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend JL Plumbing & Home Repair!

Needed a plumber on Tuesday night at 7pm when we noticed that our toilets are clogged. Vince and his assistance came out within 25 min and cleaned the sewer line within 10 min.

They were ver friendly. Stayed even cool when we discussed with them how do the job. Quick, clean and very knowledgeable. Pricing is a bit on the high end but they got the job done.

Zero stars!! Avoid this company. We needed a pan installed under our existing hot water heater to sell the home. Rusty gave a quote to install the pan and bring the hot water heater up to code. The price seemed high but unfortunately we went with this company. The plumber came out and started the project. The price was increased twice during the project to almost twice the original quote. We had a second plumbing issue during the same time but would not use this company and hired a different plumber. This new plumber said his price for installing a brand new hot water heater including the cost of the hot water heater was less than the price we paid with the price hikes that occurred mid-project. Best part was the work didn't pass the city inspection the first time.
