From the moment you get on the phone with Karen you are well taken care of. She senses the urgency of not having hot water and in spite of being slammed she finds a way to get someone out to you quickly. My instahot system failed and needed to be replaced as it was 12 years old . They were able to get me a replacement and get it installed quickly . All the people who came out here Pete who did the initial assessment and then Mike and Joe who did the install were as courteous as you could ever hope for . they quoted 4 hours for the job and got it done in about an hour. Pricing was fair and very upfront. Contractors are always a challenge and plumbers more so, but these guys were amazing top to bottom.

Horrible service ever I had. All the thing he (his name Sam) needs is your money. I have trouble with combi heater Rianai hight efficiency unit. Then I caledl his plumber service. He came and When he saw my equipment which is new technology and he did not know how to fix it, he called Rinai customer Service but nothing job was done and all he want was money then ran out.

I am so mad about his job. Not done at all but he charged me $100 and ran out.

Please trust me if you dont want waste your time and your money.

Be careful when you get this service in your place. Avoid it. Pass it.
Horrible ever

Narrow Way knows heating systems. I have a heating system with a pump running all the time. I called the company who installed the system several years back. The technician couldn't pinpoint the problem, but he suggested me to replace the control board for $1300! and say let's start with that. I am so glad I called Narrow Way. Mario came out and figured out the issue right away, now the problem has been fixed and I am so happy. From now on whenever I get boiler issues, I will always call Narrow Way first.

Velocity Plumbing and Heating is the bee’s knee. Our water heater went on the blink and the search to replace it began. I researched all the usual local suspects; then my visiting friend found Velocity. I was impressed by the mission statement on its website and its high score on a business rating site. My gut said to go with them. I was not disappointed.

Tom Pecoraro, the owner, immediately responded to my email and was very easy to work with. He sent two apprentices out the next day who did a seamless and great job taking out the old and putting in the new. They answered all my questions with knowledge of their trade and left no detritus in their wake. Tom came by later to check that everything was okay and even checked all the faucets, both downstairs and upstairs.

To top off this good experience, I was pleasantly surprised that Velocity offered a senior discount on their already very reasonable charge. I was so happy to see young people entering the field and being so passionate and diligent about their work. I would not hesitate to engage their services again.

Heating and A/C are trades where you have to be very careful about who you call. An unqualified or dishonest technician can really ruin your day. I have found this out the hard way a couple of times.
I have a Buderus 142 High Efficiency gas fired boiler. It was installed in 2012. Not everybody can service this equipment properly. A couple of weeks ago I found out the tech. I've been using has retired. He was a one man show, so it left me searching for a new tech.
I searched the Buderus company site, which led me to Aquaflow. Learned Aquaflow is owner-operated, and has been in business around 20 years. I decided I'd give him a try. Anyway, about a week ago, Aquaflow's owner Vincent came by and did a thorough preventive maintenance/cleaning of the system. Right away I could tell he was knowledgeable of the system. He had quoted me what I feet was a fair price, and spent more than a solid couple of hours going through everything. He measured its operating efficiency, and gave me a written report, which no one else ever did.
So I have a new heating tech., who I trust and would recommend highly. Check Aquaflow out. He seems to specialize on Buderus, but works on all types of heating systems. Believe me, if he can service Buderus, he can easily handle the others. Vincent also offers complete plumbing services.
