Water heater broke down called and after texting some pictures of the unit they responded right away with a quote. The installation was fast and completely hassle-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

From the moment you get on the phone with Karen you are well taken care of. She senses the urgency of not having hot water and in spite of being slammed she finds a way to get someone out to you quickly. My instahot system failed and needed to be replaced as it was 12 years old . They were able to get me a replacement and get it installed quickly . All the people who came out here Pete who did the initial assessment and then Mike and Joe who did the install were as courteous as you could ever hope for . they quoted 4 hours for the job and got it done in about an hour. Pricing was fair and very upfront. Contractors are always a challenge and plumbers more so, but these guys were amazing top to bottom.

I manage a building in Boston and for years have had issues with plumbers. Either they are late, don't call back at all, or do a poor job while still charging high prices. I called Akian plumbing and Steve picked up right away. He took time to explain to me what could be the issue and how he planned to solve it. Not only did they show up on time, but they got the job done ahead of schedule AND were honest enough to explain to me that the issue was not as bad as initially thought and charged me less than agreed. They are really professional and you can tell that they care about the work they do and their relationships with clients. As a small business owner myself, I found it to be really refreshing to find a company who cares about their image while also being great at what they do. I recommend them to everybody!

I had a sink that wouldn’t drain. The representative came and fixed it very quickly. He was professional and courteous. He also gave me some enzymes to help prevent clogs in the future. There was also a six month warranty included as well.
