I called today to Drew Donarumo Plumbing and they called me right back. I was so impressed that they came to service my washer machine with a new valve. Exceptional job cleaning a clogged septic pipe. I thought I needed a new septic system. The technician was very professional and took the time to explain what my problem was and then expertly resolved the issue. Roto-Rooter saved the day!

David at rhino rooter charged an elderly woman $3,900 to replace the pictured PVC, a total of 3 hours was spent on site. He didn’t water test the connection, and flooded the basement. He refuses to discuss the situation with I, a family member, or anyone else that is not the confused, and vulnerable home owner. Text book elderly abuse. The damage David did was quoted at $15,000 to remediate and replace. I would avoid at all cost.
