Rich is the most responsive plumber I have met. A solid professional whose depth of experience and knowledge can handle any all your plumbing work. Our job look like a straight forward electric water heater, but no, there were problems in evacuating old tank. Rich had all the tools to circumvent the issue. We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish in our process of replacing an old hot water heater. Rich was responsive to our initial phone call, provided a great itemized quote and was transparent about the entire process, including permitting (which many other plumbers we called were not), installation times, and old hot water heater removal.

As soon as we finalized the quote Rich got started that same evening in the permitting process and was able to install the water heater the next day early on a Friday morning. During the installation Rich clearly pointed out the process that he would take to remove the old water heater and how he'd install the new one. He even corrected an issue with water heater placement that will now allow our other neighbors in our condo unit to more easily service their units in the future. Within a few hours our new hot water heater was humming right along and we had improved hot water temperatures right away.

Ernie at Metro Boston Plumbing did great work for us. He tore out our old bathtub, tile, and piping, and installed a new, jetted tub and surround, piping and fixtures, as well as some sheetrock surround. It required multiple visits, which he cheerfully did. He fixed other plumbing as well! Ernie is reliable, timely, and kept the area clean and did great work! He really went above and beyond for us. We are very pleased with Ernie's work! Thank you, Ernie, for modernizing our home!

Wayne helped us fix a very stubborn, stuck washer hose. He was very responsive, helpful, professional, and hilarious and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him enough.

Rich is a consummate professional. He completed an oil-to-gas conversion for us when our oil boiler failed. He thoroughly explained the process to us and was present throughout the process when other contractors needed to be involved. Rich was communicative throughout the process and considerate of our needs. He ensured that we were not without hot water throughout the furnace transition process and worked around our family schedules. We are very pleased with the final set up and are very grateful to Rich and Lori for their guidance, kindness, and conscientiousness throughout the project.

That one morning you wake up and have no hot water with a flooded basement. Called Trust 1 and Matt Patchell was our technician, he came after less than an hour. Drained our basement, replaced two hot water boilers and still finished before the day was over. It was costly but he was up front about the expenses and other options available to us. Great job!

Despite the COVID-19 disruption, it was a pleasure to do business with High Quality Plumbing. I had a poorly installed Navien combi water heater that came with the apartment that kept producing errors. Simon diagnosed the problem, discovered which parts could be replaced under warranty, and performed the repair with courtesy, transparency, and efficiency. He also helped me evaluate whether the repair was a better option than replacement. I found High Quality Plumbing on the Navien website as a certified installer, and will absolutely be calling them for future maintenance.
