Best Tankless Hot Water Heaters in Boston MA

Rich replaced my hot water heater. I was very impressed. He did an excellent job, was very personable, and stood by the quote he gave me. I could tell he loves what he does and wants to make sure it’s done the right way. He even helped me over the phone when I first called to make sure my old hot water heater was properly turned off. I would call him for any plumbing needs!

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

My water heater gave out at midnight last night. I was at a loss of who to contact for help. Rich Mathews was the first site to come up in my google search and I am so glad it did. He had great reviews and was local. I called right away and his wife was so nice and very helpful, Rich called back in 5 minutes, we had a Face Time chat so he could see the area. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and within 30 minutes he and his wife were in my driveway with a new water heater. What a great guy and great company and great couple. His work is impeccable, they cleaned up after themselves and even gave me a couple of recommendations for some good restaurants. Anthony arrived on time, he was totally professional, he installed a Navien 240E combo boiler / water heater. He is extremely organized.and explained the issues with the older boiler, I would recommend Anthony without hesitation.

I'm a fairly new home owner. Irfan was on time, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and even let me know I had put my sump pump connection to the furnace humidifier back incorrectly -- explaining how it was supposed to be set up, etc. He performed the annual cleaning and gave me all the details I needed to know -- no complaints whatsoever.
