Professional, thorough, friendly. Twenty-six years ago, the original owner of our home used Pann Home Services to install two furnaces, and as the current owner, I couldn't be happier to be able to work with the same company all these years later. Our technician, Peter K., showed up on time, got right to work diagnosing our heating issue, and took ample time to discuss every possible option for servicing the heating equipment in my home, from repairing our old furnaces to replacing the entire heating system. He answered all of our questions clearly and listened carefully to our concerns.

It's my Dad's plumbing company, so... He's good at fixing old systems, and likes taking on the odd complex problems that pop up in old plumbing and heating systems in the basements of Boston. He puts a lot of thought into crafting new high efficiency heating systems too, and likes to save energy in the long run by putting in nessisary effort upfront to reduce heat loss.

Jim was absolutely the best plumber I have ever had. I recently moved to Massachusetts from New Jersey. I could have really used Jim when I lived in NJ. He is so knowledgeable, pleasant, and does not rush. Jim is extremely thorough. Also we had many conversations before actually settling with the proper water heater.
