The whole crew at McMahon operate like a well-oiled machine. Consistently timely communication, arrival on time, and of course the work was spot-on perfect. Reasonable prices, clearly explained. Would strongly recommend to anyone in the area.

First time customer and I had a positive experience with Anthony overall, completing two jobs in one with my kitchen sink - leaking faucet and a garbage disposal replacement. He provided great service and was responsive to my questions about the faucet issue and the varied pricing if I supplied the replacements or not. I called around noon and several texts later, we agreed he would come first thing the next morning.

Anthony texted me to confirm the appointment in the morning and updated me on his ETA. He and his associate arrived in face masks (a welcome and necessary precaution due to COVID-19!) and made quick work of both replacements. Tested to make sure both faucet and disposal were working and they were done. I thought he was there for a about an hour but when I checked the time, it had only been about 40 minutes to complete the work and settle up. They worked quick!

I reached out because of the positive reviews I found online and was not disappointed! I'll be sure to reach out to Drain Flow again if I find myself in need of any other drain services!

We had a leak into the downstairs bathroom that started at 5:00 in the morning and Pann was the first to respond. It took a short while to trace the leak source but Josh and Clara were very rigorous in diagnosing the problem. They did a very professional job fixing the leak and also did a great job cleaning up and putting the house back in order afterwards, something not usually seen. I am very pleased with their work and I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

I reached out to Narrow Way to help with the plumbing of a kitchen remodel. I spoke to Mary who was very cheerful and promptly helped me set up an appointment. They sent me Mario to take a look at the work and he was very helpful in his recommendations. He never followed up with the actual pricing, even though he called me to tell me he would.
Fast forward a few days, I call and speak to Mary again who prompts Mario to call me with pricing. We spoke and committed to a date and time of when they’d complete what was needed.
This is where it goes downhill. When it came time to actually get the work done, they sent Steve who showed up an hour late (without reaching out to let me know that). When he showed up to do the work, he was inside looking at things etc. He me that he needed to leave to go get a part. When he came back, he informed me that his supervisor advised him to stop the work because there were unexpected things (based on pictures he sent in) and that the quote they gave me wasn’t enough to cover the work and they needed to bill me by hour instead. So 2 hours in, nothing was accomplished. They insisted that another supervisor needed to come out and assess the situation which happened on a Friday afternoon. After this supervisor’s visit, I was told that I’d have an appointment for the following day, Saturday at 7:30 AM. I get a call from Jose at 8 AM to let me know that he won’t be able to come until 10 AM because he’s dispatched to an emergency. 2 hours later and he still no showed.
Backdrop to all this is that I had to arrange for other parties to be there (contractor to install cabinets after plumbing is done) along with an electrician to hook up the dishwasher. Due to their flakiness and lack of commitment to their word, I had to pay everyone for 2 days worth of work for nothing being completed. Even though they present a good front when comes to talking, they lack the professionalism and substance to be reliable to actually get the work done - which is what matters in the service world.

Great experience working with this company. I have had two water heaters go bad and their emergency service was prompt, neat and professional. Would recommend them to anyone in or around the Quincy Ma area.

In and out so fast. Know what they're doing even on a not so standard install. Cleaned up took away all old parts and packaging. Left like the were never here. If anything goes wrong just call. The best.

I scheduled a fire restoration service with WMF, they came on time and took care of everything and did what they’re supposed to do. Then they got paid and left. The service was good and they put things back. I am totally satisfied with the WMF service.

Highly recommend Bill … did a great job installing our new hot water heater and has been helpful with a handful of issues that popped up over the years.

Stay clear of this guy at all costs! He works out of his sketch van so when you have an issue like I had he wont call you back. Write back at ya Jimbo

My water heater gave out at midnight last night. I was at a loss of who to contact for help. Rich Mathews was the first site to come up in my google search and I am so glad it did. He had great reviews and was local. I called right away and his wife was so nice and very helpful, Rich called back in 5 minutes, we had a Face Time chat so he could see the area. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and within 30 minutes he and his wife were in my driveway with a new water heater. What a great guy and great company and great couple. His work is impeccable, they cleaned up after themselves and even gave me a couple of recommendations for some good restaurants. All in all a lovely couple and ultimate professionals that take pride in their work. I will recommend Rich Mathews and Sons to all of my family and friends. Despite the COVID-19 disruption, it was a pleasure to do business with High Quality Plumbing. I had a poorly installed Navien combi water heater that came with the apartment that kept producing errors. Simon diagnosed the problem, discovered which parts could be replaced under warranty, and performed the repair with courtesy, transparency, and efficiency. He also helped me evaluate whether the repair was a better option than replacement. I found High Quality Plumbing on the Navien website as a certified installer, and will absolutely be calling them for future maintenance.

They show up on time, do a decent job, for the price they state.

While not inexpensive, they are fairly priced and stand by their work. We've had them do simple pipe repairs, hot water heater replacement, and fairly complex gas pipe relocation that involved fussy work due to a joist being in the wrong place.

All work done well with no return visits required.
