I hired CTW Plumbing and Heating to figure out why my basement was getting warm in the middle of the night. After determining that the basement heat was being controlled by the thermostat on another floor, they separated the basement heat into a new zone with separate thermostat and serviced our boiler. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and their work beautifully fit in with my existing systems. I will be sure to call them for any future plumbing work and recommend that you do too!

John came and repaired some duct work so that the heat flow increased into the room I needed it too.

Henry and Keith were the technicians that came to my house, and they were friendly, down to earth, and professional. They were obviously good at their jobs and knew what they were doing, and they helpfully walked me through their steps so I understood what they were doing and why. They replaced a damaged shut-off valve under our kitchen faucet, and removed the piece of rubber gasket that had broken off and traveled up into my Grohe faucet, blocking the flow of my hot water. These guys are faucet whisperers. As a bonus, they were also clean and orderly in their work and didn't make a mess.

We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. Hi, we needed a new toilet installed in my husband's office. I called 4 plumbers and McMahon was the only one to call me back:-) I told them what we needed and scheduled the appointment for a few days later. Another plus, they did not keep us waiting:-) John showed up on time and ready to install our beautiful new toilet. He noticed something else that needed repairing and after checking in with us, he made the repair. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Julie and Adrianna in the office are terrific and helpful. Mike called to check in before the appointment to talk about the kind of toilet we wanted to install. Many people from Team McMahon checked in throughout the process. It's really nice when you deal with professional people and they do what they say they're gonna do and who show up on time and ready to go. It was a pleasure. This company did a service to replace a water heater for me. The pipes have gone extremely rusty in no time. They are completely unprofessional. I have reached out multiple times in the past few weeks about them needing to come back and take a relook but no response. I am covered under their service agreement but I have gotten no response from then after an extremely POOR JOB they did.
