Becky who runs the day to day is super pleasant and great to work with. We use them for hundreds of repairs calls a year, in addition as a general contractor they do plumbing for all our construction jobs. I contacted Rich in early November to replace a malfunctioning boiler/hot water combination unit. Rich was prompt to return calls, and provided an extremely reasonable estimate within a few days of our first contact. He then completed the installation, and although the install was harder than he initially expected, he stuck to his original estimate. He installed a Burnham cast iron boiler, with an HTP 60 Gallon Superstor and we have been very happy with the results so far, and very impressed with Rich's installation and continued service.

Heat went out. Ron was quick and responsive to my call and sent help quickly. Thank you so much. I’ll definitely use this service again.

Chilli Willie has come to our aid multiple times and is always super responsive, communicative, prompt and professional! They've provided quick, quality solutions basically on the spot. Seriously exceeded expectations.

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

I reached out to Narrow Way to help with the plumbing of a kitchen remodel. I spoke to Mary who was very cheerful and promptly helped me set up an appointment. They sent me Mario to take a look at the work and he was very helpful in his recommendations. He never followed up with the actual pricing, even though he called me to tell me he would.
Fast forward a few days, I call and speak to Mary again who prompts Mario to call me with pricing. We spoke and committed to a date and time of when they’d complete what was needed.
This is where it goes downhill. When it came time to actually get the work done, they sent Steve who showed up an hour late (without reaching out to let me know that). When he showed up to do the work, he was inside looking at things etc. He me that he needed to leave to go get a part. When he came back, he informed me that his supervisor advised him to stop the work because there were unexpected things (based on pictures he sent in) and that the quote they gave me wasn’t enough to cover the work and they needed to bill me by hour instead. So 2 hours in, nothing was accomplished. They insisted that another supervisor needed to come out and assess the situation which happened on a Friday afternoon. After this supervisor’s visit, I was told that I’d have an appointment for the following day, Saturday at 7:30 AM. I get a call from Jose at 8 AM to let me know that he won’t be able to come until 10 AM because he’s dispatched to an emergency. 2 hours later and he still no showed.
Backdrop to all this is that I had to arrange for other parties to be there (contractor to install cabinets after plumbing is done) along with an electrician to hook up the dishwasher. Due to their flakiness and lack of commitment to their word, I had to pay everyone for 2 days worth of work for nothing being completed. Even though they present a good front when comes to talking, they lack the professionalism and substance to be reliable to actually get the work done - which is what matters in the service world.

Velocity Plumbing came through for me when I was dealing with a huge plumbing emergency!! As a Do it Yourself Guy, I though fixing my kitchen sink would be easy, I was wrong! Now what started as a small leak tuned into running water, turns out my valves needed to be replaced.
At the time, I was five days from leaving town for a two week vacation.

My old plumber temporarily fix the faucet but needed to come back to fix the valves which was still running water. Long story story short, my old plumber knowing my travel plans never called returned my calls or came back. I ended up going on vacation with running water! When I returned, I saw the Velocity Plumbing van around town. I made the call and over a period of two visit they fixed my valves and replaced my old faucet plus sink. They did a great job for a reasonable price and I was very impressed by their professionalism. Most of all I love my new sink! Thanks Velocity

Kevin was very quick to answer my email and phone call and was able to check our units just a few days later! He did a great job on assessing what was wrong, diagnosing the problem and repairing it. He also was great at explaining the process to me which I really appreciated. I'm so glad to FINALLY have a functioning AC again! (Particularly before summer starts). Thanks again Next Step!

Rich is incredibly responsive and great to work with. I called to get a quote for replacing my water heater, and within the hour, he was able to personally come out to the house, take a look at the job, provide a quote and schedule the replacement for the next day. This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumber - he handled every aspect of the job promptly and professionally.

Never had this service done

Vaughn plumbing is very responsive, they answer calls/texts and show up when they say they will! Thus far the quality of work has been great. I will use them again!!!

Had an appointment and they did not show up, call, or respond to my text asking if they were still coming. Now I have to find someone else to fix the leak under my sink. Very disappointing.
