Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

Wonderful service - I called Gomes Plumbing late at night after a pipe burst in my apartment. I asked if he could come early the next morning, as we had to shut off the water in our building until the pipe was fixed. Frank not only answered my call late at night, but he showed up first thing in the morning right on time. Frank is an absolute professional, worked efficiently, clearly knows his stuff, fair priced, and just a fun guy. Highly recommend, definitely someone you can trust. I will be going back to Frank for any of my plumbing, heating, cooling needs in the future

Call these guys. Matt and his team have done several projects and repairs in my South End condo (replacing disposal and kitchen faucet, bathroom tub and sink faucets, problem toilet) over the past few years. Each repair has stayed working (unlike some places that stick on a plumbing band aid and stick you with a bill, and six months later the thing breaks again). His pricing is fair, he is reachable by phone, always calls back in a timely fashion, and calls with a heads up when he is close to arriving at your place. I have recommended him to two people who had major plumbing projects done, and they were both very happy. Really good work and good guy.

Power Plumbing did an awesome job! Replace garbage disposal and fix the leak. Very happy, next day service and cleaned up after.

Newly installed furnace by another plumber was making whirring sound when hot water was turned on. Contacted Junior's Plumbing and the plumber suggested that I needed large gas pipes. He also suggested upgrading the gas meter to 25,000 BTU's. He stated would change the pipes after I upgraded. I had National Grid upgrade the meter and contacted Junior's Plumbing to schedule the pipe installation. I called their number several times and left messages. To date, they have not returned my calls.

I hired CTW Plumbing and Heating to figure out why my basement was getting warm in the middle of the night. After determining that the basement heat was being controlled by the thermostat on another floor, they separated the basement heat into a new zone with separate thermostat and serviced our boiler. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and their work beautifully fit in with my existing systems. I will be sure to call them for any future plumbing work and recommend that you do too!

Called Tom White to make an appointment to service my steam heating system and he said he was booked to next summer. weird.

Hired Chin Plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom. I was surprised how inexpensive the job and was done quickly. Will use again!

I contacted prospect Hill plumbing after another local plumbing company dropped the ball on coming by to replace my leaking 20 yr old water heater, and I'm glad I did!

So after Dover plumbing burned a day of my time never following through on the appointment I made with them, I called Prospect Hill plumbing, also in the neighborhood, who gave me a quote on the phone, came by and the time they said they would, and even took care of a few other small plumbing problems at no cost while they were there. No 125 just to come look, quick, efficient, and transparent.

Will use again!

I contacted Bill O'Brien based on a recommendation on the neighborhood list serv. He is horrible! I had a leak near my hot water valve. I called him in. I was told it was a problem with the TP valve. He came and looked at it. He said the TP valve needed replacing. I paid him to replace the TP valve. Two weeks later I had the same leak. I called him to come back and take a look at it. He said the water pressure must be too high. I should call the Water and Sewer Department to get the water pressure tested. I called the city. Water and Sewer came out. They said the water pressure was 70 pounds which is not very high. I called him back to come out. Then he said I should call tech support for the company that makes the TP valve. I called them. They said the plumber should come out and trouble shoot. If there was a problem with the valve they would replace it at no charge. I called Billy O'Brien he refused to come out and stand by his work which I paid in full for less than 3 weeks ago. He said there must be some other problem. But, he refused to come out and take a look at the leak to see if there was some other problem. Don't use this guy. He has every excuse in the book for his poor plumbing work.

I only use McMahon. From Adrienna to all the techs, they are a terrific company and team. I recently had John and another plumber service my boiler, super nice, walked me through it all, etc. highly recommend!

This company did a service to replace a water heater for me. The pipes have gone extremely rusty in no time. They are completely unprofessional. I have reached out multiple times in the past few weeks about them needing to come back and take a relook but no response. I am covered under their service agreement but I have gotten no response from then after an extremely POOR JOB they did.
