I hired CTW Plumbing and Heating to figure out why my basement was getting warm in the middle of the night. After determining that the basement heat was being controlled by the thermostat on another floor, they separated the basement heat into a new zone with separate thermostat and serviced our boiler. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and their work beautifully fit in with my existing systems. I will be sure to call them for any future plumbing work and recommend that you do too!

We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

Our heating system started blowing cold air so we called our usual plumber (who also does heating), but never received a return call after 24 hours. During that time period we also called someone else who was very highly rated and also never received a returned call. I then called Aquaflow who had some great reviews as well and Vincent called me back in about 45 minutes. He told me he could come out the next morning which was great and he even showed up exactly when he estimated that he would! He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and told me every thing he was checking out to diagnose the problem. Within a couple of hours the part that failed was replaced and I had heat again. I very much appreciate his quick response and the quality of work provided, especially during some 30 degree days in March. It's not fun to wake up to your house being 49 degrees, but thanks to Vincent we will be waking up much warmer tomorrow morning!

Amazing work by E Francis Plumbing & Heating! Not only was the quality of work and professionalism top notch, but they went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed. As a new homeowner, I had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed. Mike ensured that the gas pipe connected to my stove was completely secure by attaching a new piece of wood behind my drywall. Then, after hearing about my concern about mice coming through the remaining gap, he offered to fill the space with pest foam sealant. Definitely not part of his job requirements, but like I said above and beyond! Would highly recommend and will have them back for future jobs. Thanks, Mike!

Jim’s is the best! We lost our water heater on thanksgiving day. I called Jim’s Friday morning and by noon we had a new water heater. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and affordable. I will use him for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

He was responsive when providing quotes, competitively priced and was happy to answer any questions we had related to the process. He is fully certified as a master plumber and his workmanship showed on the job. He helped us with processing the HEAT loan from MassSave and provided quick service even considering the impacts of COVID-19. He was professional on-site and was always sure to maintain distancing and wore a mask.

He was friendly and gave us updates on the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Our house is fairly old and had amateur work done by the previous owner and he took it upon himself to clean up several fittings and went above and beyond what was asked of him at no charge.

Overall, an excellent experience and we'd happily use his services again. Highly recommended.

Our AC quit and we called multiple companies to try to resolve it. Trust1 was actually the second one to come to our house. The first company took a look and said it was beyond their abilities. Anthony from Trust1 quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a clear, complete rundown of the options and estimated cost for each. It was 100% information; 0% sales pitch. He and his apprentice ended up replacing the compressor and a switch in the air handler. The price was very reasonable. They were meticulous (ie. Checking every vent with a thermometer) and scrupulously clean (wore disposable booties whenever inside). I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

These guys are awesome. They are friendly, honest, punctual, and responsive, and they make sure things are done right. This is my go-to company for everything related to plumbing in my building. I could go on and on about these guys, but I will keep it short and to the point so you can easily make a decision (and choose I & C Mechanical) if you are looking for someone to help you.
