Great service my water heater had decided to die on me and flood my basement and of course it was on a holiday weekend i tried to get 3 other Co.'s to come out and help me with my poorly timed dilemma yiannis was the only one who was willing to come right over to help he had it replaced in no time and i even had him back after the holidays to service my hvac system.

Tousant was very helpful in cleaning out my sink and handling the flood. His work, seemingly quick and easy, I am surprised by his easy personality and quick handling of the clog in the drainage.

I called about our kitchen sink not working, over the phone they informed me about a $99 service charge just to come out to the house. This would have been fine, but when the plumber arrived, they had me sign for the $99 charge and then told me that there would be another $200 diagnostic fee for them to continue. Now I have agreed to $300, none of which would go towards labor or materials for a fix. They initially dismissed the problem saying the faucet would need to be replaced and only when I pressed them about the valves under the sink did they continue to investigate to find the valves would need to be replaced as well.

I agreed to have them replace the valves. In the process they turned the main water off with no notice (we have an upstairs neighbor), left a bin of water in the basement for me to deal with, and charged me $235 for a sloppy job opening the wall (picture attached). The actual valve replacement work was done and seems fine (cost $530).

All in all they did the job, but they weren't very friendly or helpful and I wasn't very happy about the extra $200 getting tacked on to the $99 service charge before any work was done. Total amount charged was over $1000.

UPDATE: After posting this review they called and apologized for the poor experience, refunding me the $200 diagnostic fee. I would consider giving them another shot in the future.

I called Berardino plumbing with a plumbing emergency. Frank came to my home within 1 hour of calling. He took care of my problem in no time & even helped me with a faucet pressure issue. I cannot say enough good things about Frank ....except that he is now my plumber! I highly recommend him!

Had a leak coming from the upstairs into the basement in Jamaica Plain, ON A SUNDAY!, texted Tony and he responded immediately. When he showed up, he diagnosed the problem, a cracked cast iron drain pipe buried in a wall from our kitchen and cut out the old pipe and replaced it, two hours later all was good. We have used Tony a number of times and we're never disappointed with his work or the price. Thanks!

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.
