Our heat stopped working in one of our apartment units and Matt was able to be there the following day to replace a few parts on our gas boiler. Old gas dryer broke, needed a new one installed. Tried calling a number of other plumbers and many of them were unresponsive, had high quotes (or ridiculous $125 service fee to have them come out for the quote), or no available slots for weeks.

From the get go Frank was awesome — quick to respond (answered first time I called), great quote (total price was lower end of quote), and scheduled for the next day. Day of, he called because he was running EARLY and came quickly. Installed the new gas dryer no problem, made sure everything was hooked up correctly, no leaks, and took extra time to make sure the closet door could close (really small room and original layout didn't take into consideration the dryer exhaust vent). Overall really happy I found him — will def use again.

Home ownership is so much less trouble when you have contractors you can count on. Tony helped us out months ago when our system backed up, and now the drains do truly flow, and better than ever. At that time I was thinking that Tony would be the kind of guy who would be great for managing a new installation because of his attention to detail and willingness (and extensive knowledge) to work with cantankerous old houses such as mine (1931). So I was not disappointed when Tony and his able assistant finagled a new sink into a new counter that we had installed over old cabinets. I was fascinated with the whole process, especially given that the metal cabinets intruded into the sink space. They made it work, they made it secure, and they didn't bend anything. I'm planning the next project already (replacing separate hot and cold taps on a wonderful old sink with a single mixing tap on one side and soap dispenser on the other).
