Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

Very, very happy! My water heater broke down and started leaking at the beginning of a long, holiday weekend. Googled water heater repairs in the Revere area and found Rich Mathews. He came right out the next morning and fixed me right up! Excellent work. Efficient, polite, thorough and honest. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Called Pann for help diagnosing and repairing a ceiling leak in late summer 2021.

First response was prompt, and leak was diagnosed the next day. It however took 2 weeks for the leak to then be repaired. This was understandable given the importance of having the right tradesman available to solve the issue.

Since the original work in September 2021, the primary issue has been pace of scheduling. It can be difficult to schedule follow up visits to get the work fully completed. Initial calls to the office did not always result in follow ups. They have worked hard to fit me in on short notice, but the lack of predictability is challenging.

Once in touch with my actual technician, the work has gotten done well.

I recommend having either a long timeline or high flexibility in your availability if trying to fix a similar issue.

Always reliable! Fast and reasonable estimates, willing to say what they can and can't do.

Like above, they were responsive and fixed it, but they charged well above market.

A shame this company has employees who don't live up to their promise: Serving the Boston area for over 50 years, we have built a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and professional, courteous service. Seriously some of the rudest workers I have had enter my house. Would not use them again when there are so many more competitors on the market. Take your business elsewhere.

Horrible service ever I had. All the thing he (his name Sam) needs is your money. I have trouble with combi heater Rianai hight efficiency unit. Then I caledl his plumber service. He came and When he saw my equipment which is new technology and he did not know how to fix it, he called Rinai customer Service but nothing job was done and all he want was money then ran out.

I am so mad about his job. Not done at all but he charged me $100 and ran out.

Please trust me if you dont want waste your time and your money.

Be careful when you get this service in your place. Avoid it. Pass it.

They are very good with scheduling appointments & the worker's get to your home, analyzes & figures out your systems problem easily. They're good.

These guys were really cool to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt like I was taken care of. I would most definitely work with them the next time I run into a problem.

Vincent is an absolute gem! I’m so lucky that I found him. I found him on a forum discussing a complicated problem with my heating system. Countless other plumbers had tried and failed to fix it. When he came over he told me that it was just two wires that were switched. I have hired him for other things since. He was here yesterday to fix a rotted out cast-iron drain pipe that was embedded in my wall. He cut out a perfectly clean square,did the work, replaced the square and cleaned up every speck of dust. Also he calls you right back and is super responsive. He’s a very intelligent and hard-working man. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Excellent service. I had a plumbing emergency over the Easter holiday. Nobody else would come out to help me. These guys guys did, even though I lived well beyond their usual service area. They took care of the problem with professionalism and left everything clean, tidy and (most importantly) functional. In the end, the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Richard and his crew at Boston Water Heaters.I was extremely happy with the response when I called them when my old water heater failed and had water all over my basement.Rich and his crew came within an hour of my phone call , installed a new water heater same day at a reasonable cost .
