Drew Donarumo Plumbing and Heating has been great to work with! Our heat stopped working in one of our apartment units and Matt was able to be there the following day to replace a few parts on our gas boiler. He’s very flexible and can explain in detail what the problems and solutions are through text, video, phone call, and pictures if needed. The whole process was incredibly smooth. It is clear they care about doing quality work and taking care of their customers!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Very professional and clean work. They quoted contracted, executed and completed the task on time. They were on the expensive side and I had reservations to go with them when the quote was given to us. We probably could have had a cheaper option as well but after seeing their work I am happy with my decision. Even though we spent significantly more money than we wanted to do we are very happy with the clean and professional service and we will be happy to use them again. In particular Tim and frank who led the work in my house where spectacular. They were a joy to be around and where very respectful and hilarious at the same time. Pann should do everything in their power to keep them as they are great.

Terrific experience from beginning to end. The appointment was scheduled promptly. There was great coordination in advance. Jeff and Anthony arrived exactly when they said they would arrive - with a smile! The work was done immediately and completed professionally. I was extremely happy with the entire experience - including the results!

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
