My sump pump died in the middle of Tropical Storm Ida. Called McMahon and they sent Elvis out, who by chance had previously installed a hot water heater. Elvis replaced the pump and gave solutions on how to maintain the pump as well as installing a new hose from the pump to the street.

Came the same day I called to help with my heater issues. They were professional and knowledgeable in letting me know the issues and how to fix them. I felt like I wasn’t being upsold in any way and that I was getting honest advice. Highly recommend.

Frank was great. Very professional, polite and took his time to explain in detail everything he was gonna do prior to starting. Gave us a great price and warranty to go with it. I would definitely be using frank for any of my plumbing work in my house.

Tony and Ralph are absolutely amazing. They are both incredibly professional and technically adapt. We have had Tony do work at our house before and of course, he did a great job. I should have commented before, but I didn't. I called him again this morning to see if he could help me out. He had an incredibly busy day, but said he would still fit us in. We are getting ready to enjoy a snow/ice/rain storm, it has already started to snow; but they still came out on a Saturday with these challenges. Tony could have told us no, but he still came out to help us with our issue. He looked at the situation and figured out the best solution. It took minimal time and the issue has been resolved. His prices are incredibly reasonable; yes, you may find someone cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I have made that mistake before and never again. I will only use Drain Flow moving forward.

Nick was very responsive to our outreach and was able to diagnose the problem from a video that was sent to him. His team was on time and changed their schedule to better suit ours. The repair cost was 4x cheaper than another local plumber which we've used quoted...we will be using Plumr from now on!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I had an emergency situation where my outdoor hose spigot was leaking aggressively and pooling at the foundation. I had to turn off the water to my house since I didn’t have a control valve for that spigot alone.

So it was urgent, I called and they were able to send someone out that morning! The plumber came with the parts needed, finished the work efficiently, and even came in to help with an unrelated clog/slow drain.

The work was great and the price was more than fair, very happy with the work.

As part of repairing my AC system, Sila charged me $550 for a capacitor which you buy on Amazon for $70. I will never use Sila again.

After getting an especially high quote based on a misdiagnosis of the problem we contacted Vincent. He was AMAZING! Friendly and professional he responded right away and had wonderful communication as I text pictures of the issue (our tub wasn’t draining and the other company said it would be a multi day very expensive fix). He fitted us into his tight schedule, solved the problem within an hour, his rate for the job was very reasonable, he wore a mask and gloves the whole time for covid safety, and when he left you would never have know he was there except that now we have our shower back! We will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs, Thank you Vincent!!

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
