thorough, and talented. He recently did plumbing work at my home replacing an
out dated non-working toilet in my upstairs bathroom. Went like clock work, he ordered exactly what I wanted for a replacement toilet, arrived when he said he would, removed and disposed of the old one with absolutely no disruption to my home - efficient and clean, I'm so pleased with his work. When ever I have an issue and it gets assigned to Tim, I do not worry about anything, as I know the high quality work he does. In my opinion he is an asset to PANN HOME SERVICES.

Had my water heater in my condo replaced today. Craig and his assistant showed up at appointed time and set right to work. Craig was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He brought my attention to a potentially dangerous problem and advised how best to handle it. I asked him about my 20+ year old heating system and possibly replacing it. He suggested I have someone come out to assess the system and called the office to asked them to set up an appointment for me with a project manager. Melissa called me within an hour or so and I have an appointment this coming Friday. All in all ~ a very pleasant experience.

My aunt old house got water flood and there was lot of damage. I called WMF and team came within one hour. Team drained water from the floor and also dried all the furniture and other goods. At last they put all the things at their own places. We were so surprised that a company providing such a good work for their customer. Thanks a lot WMF and special thanks for your honest team.

Kladji and his assistants, Chris and Declan, did a first-rate job of direct venting an existing furnace, installing a toilet, and repairing a risky pipe leak - all in one ten-hour day. Throughout the job, I kept asking for this and that option. Where they could accommodate my requests, they did. Where they couldn't - whether because of code or plumbing common sense - they explained kindly and thoroughly, never seeming impatient in the least. I'm extremely satisfied with their work and look forward to having Kladji back whenever the house needs something else.

Jason showed up on time and stayed until job was done. He tried everything in his bag of tricks even going to get heavier equipment the get the job done and once he was done all was running better than before.
