It's hard to find honest and trustworthy work in this business. I called a number of competitors in the area and it was the same song and dance: flat trip fee + plus diagnostic. The competitors wouldn't even provide a quote estimate even though that's what their website promised. When I called T-Flow, the person (I forget the name) who picked up the phone seemed to actually care. He asked a number of questions to drill into the problem and provided a clear cost/benefit analysis. No upselling, no misleading information, and provided some DIY tips to save money! I needed corroded fittings on my water heater replaced. I contacted Vaughan using their online form, and I received a prompt email reply. We scheduled a time for the to inspect the issue, and then a return visit was scheduled in order to complete the work. The work was not urgent, and was completed within about a week of my initial request. Friendly, easy to work with, professional, and reasonable cost. Happy with my experience and would use them again.

He was also very nice and professional. He checked my entire house for leaks and asked pertinent questions. He was informative and put me at ease. Two great employees.
