I called the owner, Matt, regarding a sump pump issue and he was kind enough to explain the potential cause of the problem over the phone and a DIY solution. Spent a good amount of time with me free of charge and saved me hundreds of dollars. Really knowledgeable.

John of McMahon Plumbing was excellent, showed up on time very polite and courteous, he wore his mask and had cover's for his shoes. Job was done in a fast and timely manner he also cleaned up behind his self, McMahon and Plumbing is outstanding. I would definitely use them again if I need any plumbing work done.

Charlie and Pinnacle Plumbing have done dozens of jobs for us and have always been great to deal with and do excellent work!

We have been using Bell Tower Plumbing & Heating for years for all of our plumbing needs. We formerly owned a multi-unit apartment building and used Bill on a regular basis for many, many, tenant plumbing issues over the years. We also use Bill at our own home. Greg was very responsive from my initial call.  He came and assessed my needs and explained my options and his recommendation.  We set a date and he was able to start earlier and did.  The new boiler was delivered on time and Chris
came when expected and did the installation.  There was no nonsense.  Just serious work.
I appreciate that everyone came when expected and were focused on completing the task.  There weren't any surprises or hidden cost.  Bring on the cold weather !!!

James came to my place a week ago to assess the issues I am having with my mini-splits. He was clear about his diagnosis and laid out options for next steps in an organized and helpful way, allowing me to make decisions about how to proceed but also giving me the advice that I needed to make those decisions. Today he made the repairs, and I am good to go for the summer. Communication is always good, clear, descriptive, and he takes the time to be sure I understand what’s going on. Faucet repair is next.

A few years ago my tankless water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning...

I called my regular plumber but they were not able to help me. I got a long list of plumbers and started calling them one by one. Nobody was answering or returning my calls!

I went down my long list of plumbers and eventually called High Quality Plumbing who answered the phone and was willing to come to my house that day.

They mitigated the issue but let me know the water heater would need replacing. I did not have any warranty papers but they contacted the water heater company and convinced them to replace the water heater for free!!!

I was charged a very reasonable price for the new installation. The new water heater has been working fine since then :-)
