I called Drain stars on a whim after a job from a previous company was done incorrectly(And for nearly triple the price). Drain stars came out and took a look at my main line and they were very nice and courteous, and were happy to show me how my pipes looked before and after the job was done! Very satisfied and they charged me a fair price, plus they did the job correctly! Will definitely be using them again if I ever need to.

So, we all know plumbing emergencies alway happen on holiday weekends, right? Of course! We lost our hot water Friday night. Spent hours Sat leaving messages with answering services, waiting for callbacks.. UNTIL we found Jay at Aaron Plumbing, who ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE and asked detailed questions about our situation. He and his father came out the next day and took care of us. My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. Initial employee was unable to clear a clog after 3 hours. Supervisor/Trainer (Gilbert Damas) stopped by after his last job. After a quick assessment, and a difficult conversation about possible complications, he was able to unclog the sink drain line quickly. Gilbert's positive attitude made this difficult day a lot better. The cost is a bit high, but at the end the problem was solved. I would recommend Roto-Rooter.
