We've had situations where we needed to request McMahon Plumbing 3 times. The first 2 times were toilet flusher replacements and the most recent was a spring tune up for our compact gas furnace and water heater. Also, plumbing seems to always be some degree of emergency for the home owner. They've always made themselves same day available. Their attitude is not haphazzard or just good enough.

In all cases, we were completely satisfied with the work and their professionalism. Brian did 2 of our jobs. He was fully equipted with both mechanics and a smart analysis of our issues. Plumbing is much more sophisticated and complex these days. Brian worked continually when he was here, both polite and able to tell me what was wrong and how he would fix it. He was thorough, making sure the entire problem was addressed.

In terms of COVID19 protocols, they're masked, social distanced and even put booties on before entering the house. I think I am of the generation (71) where we tended to think plumbing was expensive. During these times you get what you pay for and these costs are inline and industry standards. They're worth it.

On a recent Google search for water heaters I found Boston Water Heaters and requested service. It was nice to see an owner actually answer the phone and speak to me directly. Not only was the service prompt but professional. Rich did an amazing job with our new water heater installation. It far exceeded our expectations. It is the most efficient water heater we've ever had. It is nice to see the personal approach taken by Rich and that family businesses still exist and you don't have to deal with a large company. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Ryan was very polite and a true professional .He diagnosed the problem promptly with a gracious disposition. It was a true pleasure to meet him and above all the problem was fixed.

I was unable to find a plumber and via Angi I sent a request for a heating and hvac company Stephen from Chilli Whillie in Saugus was the only one to contact me it being a Saturday I had lost my heat Stephen from Chilli Whillie called and came out found the issue and due to the holiday wasn’t able to come til Wednesday but his technician Anthony came out installed our new heating system this company exceeded our expectations they are the best of the best and I would highly recommend them

The repair that was required, was done so with great swiftness, and the plumber who did so was awesome. He was honest, and I would not hesitate to call him back, and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you
