Simon installed a new high-efficiency combi boiler for us. His workmanship is exceptional. His communication was stellar and he always let us know where he was with the project. Second time using Green Tech. This time had them out to fix two mini-split units that weren't cooling properly. The work was done quickly and professionally. There was some miscommunication around the invoicing, but Dave took care of the issue in a fair manner.

Tony managed the maintenance of sump pumps in our North End condo (basement and first floor level unit) for the six years we lived there, and also installed tankless hot water heaters there. He just finished installing a radiator at our new condo in Charlestown (switched out some baseboard heating). He is very professional, does beautiful work, and is very easy to work with. We started with Daniel Cadotte Plumbing because the previous owner of our house worked with him for yearly maintenance of routine gas heating/tankless hot water system. They were receptive to replacing and upgrading kitchen and bathroom faucets at the time of scheduled boiler maintenance. And then when we had a burst pipe they responded to our emergency and call for help and worked hard to get the job done successsfully without delay. They always do quality work and we will continue to work with them.

Donners has been my go to plumber for years. They show up on time every time, always have the right parts, and always get the job done. I have had several heating issues dealt with by them and several water heaters replaced.

I just called last night (Sunday) at 5pm when I noticed that my water heater was leaking. They had it replaced by 11am Monday morning! They always answer the phone and consistently provide excellent service. They are very honest about prices and issues that arise and always clean up after themselves.

The one possible con is the price which is definitely high. But when that sewer is backing up or the heat is off in the middle of January they show up on time and get the job done with no issues. Excellent service and excellent quality.
