Best Shower Installation in Boston MA

We called around 1 and we had someone at our house around an hour later. The response time was so fast! Our plumber Burim was incredibly professional yet personable. He worked quickly and left nothing but a well draining sink behind. I also like how the pricing is clearly laid out before any work is done, and everything is very transparent.

Ralph, who arrived around two hours after I had called, identified the issue and fixed it in an hour. If money is tight for you, less is not for you. However, if you're looking for top-notch service with affordable prices and a quick turnaround, I don't think you can go wrong. I'm hoping things are better now.

Not responsive. Poor equipment and installation. Constant heat/cooling issues with recommended heat pump (brand new-system) Machine damaged during installaton and it took almost a year for someone to notice

I picked Catano Plumbing randomly from the yellow pages. Noticed they have been in business for over 50yrs , so I decided to call. All I dealt with were prompt ,knowledgeable ,efficient and professional and reasonably priced. Was very pleased with the quality of the products and the service.[ and the clean-up after they were done] I would absolutely have them back for more work to be done and recommend them to others

I needed a new bathroom added in my basement and had called nine different plumbers. Five of them told me they would come and do the job and never showed up. Dave was the only one that showed up and did the job quickly. He was a little more expensive but they say you get what you pay for and none of the cheaper plumber showed up. It took me three months to find him and once I did he had it done within a week.

Artie K was able to come the same day I called and was very friendly, professional and skilled. They will definitely be my go to plumbers!

I just want to say thank you specially Pete the drain technician, he is a rock star. He resolved my issue in 30 min fast and in the most professional way. Before contacting Rapid Flow, I had another Plummer who worked on the same issue for over an hour and couldn't unclog the drain, but here he comes Pete to the rescue from Rapid flow (just like the name RAPID) solved the issue in just 30min. Thanks again and now you have a new customer for life.
