We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Tyler came out on a Saturday night and spent a lot of time working out a difficult clog in our sink. He was very friendly and professional and we appreciate his hard work. We would recommend him to a friend and will request him if we have any other issues in the future.

I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.

Montrond company is simply a fantastic company, providing awesome service. Silas and his team replaced my old oil furnace and electric water heater with a new gas system and has water heater. His team also installed all the duct work for the new system, along with replacing all of my old copper water piping with Pex pipe to future proof the house against potential damage from freezing pipes. Last but not least, he also ran a gas line to my rear deck so I could cook on my natural gas grill without the need for propane tanks!!!

The work done was absolutely fantastic and his team is well trained and very personable. He also made sure to communicate timely updates for everything going on with the work.

All in all, a fantastic plumber with honest and reasonable pricing. He is now the family plumber!!

South End plumbing was a very pleasant, professional, reliable and knowledgeable company to deal with. I had work in an old building in the back bay done and Wayne took care of them in a jiffy, despite the old pipes and tight quarters. (Shower valve, toilet valve and flapper, sink shutoff conection and drain. )He was very honest and upfront from the initial phone call, until the delivery of the invoice. I would highly recommend and will definitely give him a call the next time I have a problem. His care and love for his work is apparent with the final result. Thank you sir.

Used south end plumbing again 8/25/21:
Wayne was very responsive and accommodating to my schedule. I had used him a handful of times before and he always is professional, prompt and honest. We had an old garbage disposal to replace (maybe 10 years old). Wayne was in and out within an hour, even while having to adjust the ground wire that was too short (previous installer). Thank you again Wayne. Always a pleasure.

Brendan came to fix my kitchen sink that was clogged. He was very professional and helpful. He was able to fix the problem at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Brendan to anyone with plumbing needs.

They answered my phone around two hours later, found the issue, and finished the repair within an hour. Those with more limited budgets shouldn't bother with them. However, if you're looking for top-notch service with affordable prices and a quick turnaround, I don't think you can go wrong.

Had two heating systems serviced for maintenance. Lillian was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and neat while doing the work. She fixed our water pump on system fast and even changed the filter for us. No easy task since in crawl space.

Very disappointing experience with David at Rhino. We hired him to put a camera through our main line from our house to the street in order to identify the cause of our plumbing issues. We commissioned a project to fix the main line based on his work. However, he had three big misses from my perspective. One, he said he went all the way to the street. However, there's no way this could have been possible given how blocked the pipe was (see pics below). Two, turns out the line was PVC and had been replaced previously. This should have been obvious to him. Had we known this, we would have approached the project differently. Three, and most critical, when we called him to talk about this and ask for some type of refund (we paid $650), he was quite rude and unprofessional. He wouldn't even consider the possibility that there was a miss on his part. And then he basically hung up.

It's hard to run a small business, I get that. Getting defensive and blaming everyone else doesn't help. A much better approach could have been I stand by my work but clearly your not satisfied. I can't refund the full amount but how about X. It's most important to me that my customers feel good about the experience.
