My family had the hardest time when we had water damage in our home and the walls behind the wallpaper are covered with mold. WMF team did a great work and left all of us with smiles! We knew we were putting our money in a great, valuable, and secure company. We recommend using them for any mold or water damage!

After providing good reviews for Ernie, I am now back here since my experience did change.

Ernie installed all the plumbing in my property, including a brand new Navien boiler. His job took 6 months to complete and by then, it was already summer so the new tenants did not need to use the heater.

Fast forward to October/November when the winter started, the brand new boiler started to shut down daily. I immediately reached out to him to fix the issue and like other reviews stated, it was everyone’s fault but his. It took him 7 months to fix the issue ( now again summer time). I still don’t know if it is fixed as the heat does not need to be on.

I spent well over 50-60k on plumbing work on him, and in the end, I looked at the numbers for my last invoice which I paid without reading( my fault) and discovered that I had overpaid him 1650 extra.

After trying to resolve this issue with him, and after I pointed out to him they the items on that invoice were already paid for, he then came up with an excuse as to why he charged this amount, according to him he spent 6 hours at 250 per hour to install a small baseboard on a tiny bathroom that was already installed by another plumber, it literally just needed to be connected, and did not take 6 hours, he definitely inflated the hours he worked on but instead of him being honest and refund the overpayment, he made up 6 hours of work that he never quoted for just to justify not refunding the overpayment.

In summary, Ernie acts and wants to charge like a pro, but his work, lack of knowledge and his sneaky ways of invoicing his customers determined the fraud he really is. If you are thinking about using him just be aware. Slow work, too many excuses and incompetent.

He did a very good job Michel is very honest and his prices are fair I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends he is very hard working if can give him 7 stars I would and I am very satisfied with his work and he is very fast.

On March 5, 2017, due to the extreme cold weather, my heating pipes burst and required immediate repair. I contacted Joe Cardarelli in the early morning seeking urgent help. After he analyzed the situation in which was caused by a faulty thermostat. He replaced the broken thermostat and repaired the two burst spots on the heating pipes. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service. He is very knowledgeable and the price is reasonable. I felt that he saved my day. I recommend Joe if you are looking for someone with experience to fix your plumping and heating issues.

My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts. Jerry from J&B replaced my old water tank that had started to leak. He did an outstanding job, and when complications arose in trying to set up the electrical connection between the old boiler and the new hot water tank, he brought in a great electrician who took care of that issue. Jerry is highly professional, very personable and does exceptionally neat work. I was very impressed by that and completely happy with the quality of the job. Oh by the way the whole job came in at a lot less than a quote I got from another plumber in the area. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Simon & his team thoroughly explained the heating system I was getting, and installed it quickly, during the month of February. I highly recommend them!

I bought a mobile home and found out afterwards that all of the pipes had frozen and split. Every pipe in the house needed to be replaced. The pipes could not be accessed from underneath because there was only 8 of space below the unit. I called Brandano and they came out and came up with a plan to make a trench in the floor rather than try to fish from underneath. I was a panicked mess but Brandano's crew came in and cut the trenches, drilled the holes, fished the new pipes and replaced the flooring over the trench. For what they did I think the price was reasonable because to me it was a huge job. They completed the entire project in two days including finished faucets and a brand new hot water heater. Overall I am not only impressed I am very pleased at the rate they put this home back together. I can relax now.

I highly recommend I&C Mechanical. I needed to replace my electric tank water heater which started leaking on Juneteenth. They were able to come the next day and replace it that same day.
