Best Plumbing System in Boston MA

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I needed a new combo water heater installed. I used Pann Home Services in the past to service my old unit. The company was always very responsive to my needs for repairs of the old system. The trust Pann built with me was the reason I chose them to install my new system. The technicians, Tim B, Kyle and Grant were very professional and took care to respect my property. They were prompt in arriving each day and were careful to clean up the work area at the end of each day. Tim was very thorough in explaining the work to be done. He answered all my questions about the new combo heating system. I am very happy with the work they did.

We just had a new Heating system installed and it came out great. I was so impressed by the quality of work by Hourican Plumbing. Every member of his team were true professionals and we could not be more happy. I highly recommend Pauric and his team for any plumbing work.

Anthony, Brian, Maury and Angela have been very responsive every time I’ve called them. Angela has been delightful to work with when I’ve called the company. Anthony explain things when I have a zillion questions about my furnace and about getting a new one. Brian and Maury have been out here three times to answer my questions and fix a problem that I had. They answered all my silly questions and fix my problems and we’re never anything less than pleasant, agreeable, and very knowledgeable about my system. Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

Andy was quick and efficient and the price was much cheaper than Roto Rooter. I had roots in my sewer line and Andy was able to jet the line clear the roots at several locations along the line and confirm with tv inspection.

It's my Dad's plumbing company, so... He's good at fixing old systems, and likes taking on the odd complex problems that pop up in old plumbing and heating systems in the basements of Boston. He puts a lot of thought into crafting new high efficiency heating systems too, and likes to save energy in the long run by putting in nessisary effort upfront to reduce heat loss.

I called him at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning and left a message. Kevin McGrath called back in 20 minutes. After explaining the situation, he said I'll come over between 9 and 10 AM, but he arrived a little earlier before 9:00 AM.

Within 20 minutes he had figured out a work-around to get it going temporarily, and explained that his son (also named Kevin) would check on getting a warranty replacement, and we could discuss this after the weekend.

The fact that he came right away, knew exactly how to fix it (being an older gentleman he knew some tricks the younger guys probably wouldn't have come up with), and on a weekend made it well worth the price. I would definitely give him a big thumbs up.

Michael with Presidents Plumbing was super responsive when I had a problem with my heat. He took care of the issue and I had heat within an hour. He was super professional, explained the issue & how I can prevent it. For sure someone to rely on!

Not reliable. The plumber didn't show up at all on the scheduled date. I called the office to see if s/he was coming late. The person who answered the phone almost yelled at me that I didn't receive her calls to my home phone. It was unfortunate that I missed her calls, but I was never told that she would make a confirmation call before their crew shows up. I was expecting the plumber, not her call. Don't want to deal with these people again.
