Best Water / Sewer in Washington DC

I had a huge leak from my bathtub and this company came and was able to find the leak right away and communicated very well on how to fix it and all the necessary information. Then fixed it for me at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company and will use them soon again.

I called Affordable Plumbing yesterday because I needed an emergency water heater installation,my water heater has been leaking.The plumber,Brian,was very nice and polite and came to my house shortly after we spoke.the company came and was very quick,efficient,and was able to answer every question that I had.i recommend anyone in the DMV to call Affordable Plumbing,they are one of the most professional companies around,they will not disappoint.

Called On-Call tech at 6am to take care of emergency plumbing, and the tech immediately responded. The On-Call tech showed up within minutes of my location in Virginia. The Tech was even mindful to take his shoes off before entering the space! The tech took care of the issue by locating the shut off valve, which I would have never found, turned off the water which had been running for hours to avoid any flooding issues. The Tech provided courteous service and was very professional in resolving the issue which included providing any parts to complete the task. Very professional and truly listened to my concerns

After researching at least 10 other plumbing companies to do the plumbing on my unfinished basement we settled on No Limit Plumbing. The price was very fair and Shawn was very hands on throughout the process. He showed up on time everyday and gave clear explanations/guidance on things we we not knowledgable on. The permit process was also included so we did not have to worry about that. I must say we were very pleased with the workmanship and profesionalism

Otto Seidel has been my plumber on Capitol Hill since 1982. Yeah, he has no customer service for jobs he doesn’t do... he’s likely pushing 80 and he is the guy doing the work.

You are blessed and highly favored if you encounter this true master plumber. I have yet to find something on my 100+ year old house’s plumbing that he could not fix.
