He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, he explained everything he was doing and even explained what to look for if other parts in the toilet were to break. He pointed out a few pipes to be concerned about and even helped me with a few other concerns I had around the house. So glad with our decision to choose them, they provided peace of mind and eased our anxieties of being new home owners! We will always be going with Keston’s in the future.

Old water pipes, oh no! What a drag. So in the long run I decided to have all of them replace in my home with new copper pipes. So I got on the phone with Plumber in DC and I was impressed. They took the time to do the job correctly and efficiently. I really liked how they took the time to explain things to me. I had a wonderful experience with Plumber in DC and I highly recommend them. Fabulous service from Barnes Plumbing today; so pleased that I was motivated to write a review. My bathrooms are as old as the hills and have parts that look like they came out of an archaeological dig (!) Jonny S. figured out what was needed and was able to make a very satisfactory but temporary repair last week while he tracked down parts. He came back to install them today and our 'ye olde' shower now works like a charm. And in addition to great service and expertise, it was a joy to observe and benefit from the pride he takes in his work. Considerate and neat...and willing to indulge the 93-year-old in our house with a photo; made my day TBH. I wish all contractors were like this!

Aspen Hill performed four jobs for us: sump pump replacement, toilet repair, water heater replacement, and miscellaneous plumbing tasks. They provided excellence in all activities (arranging appointments, getting an estimate, answering questions, and doing the work); roles (James in the office, the estimator, the plumbers, and Dave the owner); and service aspects (price, expertise, customer service and work quality).

We had a sewer backup and Mike Fleming and the team (Mike Rogers and a contractor) did a great job in replacing a part of the sewer pipe of our house under the basement slab. Also, Maria was very kind and responsible for scheduling, and Tim responded quickly whenever I asked questions by email and explained things in detail where needed before and after the work.

More specifically, they came to diagnose the issue with a snake and a camera and identified that there was a root intrusion which blocked and damaged the pipe. They provided honest view and possible (best and worst) scenarios before the actual work. Then, with a two-day work, they broke the floor tiles and concrete slab, replaced the part of pipe with the problem, gravel to bed the pipe and backfill the hole, and fitted the floor with a cement finish. Throughout the work, Mike and the team were professional and friendly. They showed videos and explained the observed issues and made great efforts in addressing the issue. They covered the floor and a door where needed, cleaned up after the work. They of course came on time.

I appreciated their professional attitude and accountability. Hope they will continue the great business practices.

Its a great feeling to find a serviceman you can trust! I have been using ABZ Plumbing for while now and I cant say enough good things about this company. Blake, the owner is so knowledgable and willing to explain anything and everything so the customer understand all their options so the result is an affordable one. I will never choose another plumber!
