Destroyed tile, owner is shady and rude. Had a call for a shower trim replacement, but they insisted on replacing the rough in valve even though it was Delta to Delta? Cut a hole in the drywall through the back but slipped and knocked 10 tiles off the wall. Refused to contact their insurance (do they even have any?) and attempted to bully me into letting it go. After all this, they sent a fraudulent invoice with extra time (security cameras show otherwise). Literally anyone else would have had this simple job done in a couple hours.

Im a fan and would recommend this company without any hesitation. I had them come out to replace a burst water pipe and when the rep came out, he noted my water heater was about to explode too. I received multiple quotes from different companies for replacing my water heater and aspen hill seemed to be the most reasonable and because of the care they put into repairing the pipe, I felt most comfortable going with them who demonstrated they were a reliable company. They showed up when they promised, respectful of the property, answered all kindsa dumb questions from me with patience, and appear to have done a good job based on my layman’s opinion, with no issues with the water heater thus far. Will be the only plumbing company I call and refer others to going forward!

Couldn’t recommend Aspen Hill Plumbing more. They are great across the board. I’ve used them multiple times and they are quick responsive, and reasonably priced.

Simply the best! We have used Aspen Hill for video scoping, installing an access pipe (big project), repairing our original GC's plumbing mistakes causing large scale repairs and damage, and most recently a snaking for a simple clog. Each of these items were diagnosed by others saying there either was no problem or with incorrect solutions. Each time Dave Glick and his team resolved it quickly and effectively. I really cannot say enough about these guys, they are the definition of professionalism. This most recent issue was a clog in our main sewage line. Aspen Hill's schedule was full so I had to call in another company to appease my tenant in the home. They tried to snake and then sent a video tech who said he couldn't even send in the camera. They then said a hydro-jetting for $1,800 is the needed plan of attack. I asked the tenant to give me 48hrs and let Aspen Hill come in to diagnose. They did the snaking the correct way and fixed the problem under 90 minutes. A HUGE sigh of relief for me of course. I couldn't let their repeated successes go without any recognition.... hence this review. Thank you again to the whole team and I hope we don't have to ever call you again ;) but if we do, I know we'll be in good hands

Aspen Hill performed four jobs for us: sump pump replacement, toilet repair, water heater replacement, and miscellaneous plumbing tasks. They provided excellence in all activities (arranging appointments, getting an estimate, answering questions, and doing the work); roles (James in the office, the estimator, the plumbers, and Dave the owner); and service aspects (price, expertise, customer service and work quality).

They came promptly at the appointment time and fixed everything quickly and cleanly. The plumber explained exactly what was wrong and why the issue had occurred. Even though the previous contractor had left things in bad shape he was able to repair things and get them working perfectly. The price was very fair.

These guys are great. Our plumber came early, fixed a few slow drains and a leaky tub faucet in half an hour. The service was friendly, prompt, and affordable.

What a great and professional outfit to do our new water heater. We have an old house with steep narrow stairs, and these guys got the new water heater through our house around the tight corners and down the stairs with ease. No wall marks or anything. They also did an excellent job re-running the lines and connecting to our new chimney liner. Highly recommend them.

We used Aspen Hill twice recently for two different problems. It was highly recommended by a friend. The same person, Sam, came to do the repair. Sam was very pleasant, nice and very patient explaining what needed to be done. We were very happy with the results. Sam seemed to be very knowledgeable of his craft but never came across as condescending. It was a pleasure dealing with such a nice young man.

Very impressed with the responsiveness and efficiency of Richard and Bryan yesterday -- quickly identified the problem, had it all fixed within an hour! They were polite, wore masks, and did a terrific job. Thank you!!

Always on time, always do a great job

Plumber had to come multiple times to fix the same issue (clogged garbage disposal) and I was billed twice even though it was obvious that the issue should have been resolved after one visit.

I worked with Dave over a few months to plan some work and asked many questions. His responsiveness and knowledge is top notch and ultimately helped guide our decisions. His crew was friendly and professional, the work was very clean and finished in a timely fashion. We won't hesitate to work with Aspen Hill Plumbing again in the future!

What an awesome discovery!! Aspen is a company that has my plumbing business now!! They are honest, upfront and very reasonable with their pricing. I just had my hot water heater worked on and Sontos did an excellent job! He is very detailed with his work. Unlike other plumbing places who attempted to sell me a complete new water heater, Aspen is honest. Anyhow, hope this review helps whoever make a decision to use Aspen, they are Awesome! Thanks

Great customer service and they good, fair prices.

Have used Aspen Hill twice. Both times service was excellent. Our Capitol Hill house is over 100 years old and dealing with the plumbing means working in a very tiny crawl space. Richard and his assistant Alex both found and repaired a leak and then even cleaned up the living room. While I'm not hoping for more plumbing problems, I will always be happy to see Richard and Alex. Thanks, guys!

The best. Honest. I had 3 very small jobs. Really only 2 I do some of my own work. He arrived 7am on time. 30 minutes of work. We compared notes on work. For what he did n his efficiency..FINALLY an honest plumbing company that doesnt think you r dumb. I'm not loosing the number!!

When I needed my lead service line replaced they worked with me in every way they could to make it happen. I was very pleased with the guys and the price. Would definitely recommend them for service and value.

I’ve used them for two jobs. They came in and fixed a horribly botched water heater install from a different less reputable company. Another time I had them replace an outdoor spigot. Excellent response time, communication and professionalism. Couldn’t recommend more.

I am writing to acknowledge the stellar professionalism and service provided by Richard Rivera yesterday. Richard started by asking me what my concerns were and to describe what the issue(s) were. He did an especially thorough job of explaining what he would be doing and answered all of my questions. His assistant John was engaged in completing the job and helped to explain the process of using the camera and the locator. I had the sense over the 3 hours they were here that they treated the job as if it were their house.
I will highly recommend and ask for Richard and his team in the future.
