The customer service that my Tech Jose #3607 was outstanding. My Grandson decided he was going to have a toilet picnicday, everything was removed except his mouthwash cup. He completely blocked the toilet and my tech made sure it was removed. With his persistance and consistency he made sure my toilet was flushable and did it with a smile. Not to mention the options he provided and allowing me to choose the service oppose to doing what he thinks will bring in a higher profit, no misleading pitches.
