Best Residential Services in Washington DC

Do not use this company! We have a rental and our tenets called them to snake the toilet, but they didn’t bring a snake. They went out of town so we took over coordinating the issue from there. We scheduled for an appointment, the plumber did not show on time we continued to call and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Finally, around 6pm we got in touch and they said they would not be able to make it that night so we scheduled them for the next day. He showed up 2 hours late and did not have the part he needed so he then went to HD to get it, then went another HD to get it then called and said he had to go to one an hour away. At this point we called someone else. There is no reason not to bring the right tool, they knew the issue and they still arrived late unprepared to do the job.

Review has already been sent poor service, late, and refuse to answer his telephone calls.

We had a clog in our main line that left us without the use of our toilets or running water. Affordable Plumbing & Gas LLC were very responsive and sent out Brian and Carlos who were amazing to work with. They arrived early, worked quickly, were respectful, and left the work area clean. I hope we don't need their services again anytime soon but will definitely be a return customer if we do. Highly recommend!

The repair was done quickly and professionally

I called Mr. Super Plumber from the internet for plumbing repair they were on time and extreme professional. Maurice of Super Plumber was also very helpful in explaining how i could avoid any future problems my taken some preventive maintenance measures that could possibly prevent emergency service in the future. I have had several bad experiences with contractors in the past the was my best positive experience ever. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Durance Plumbing several times for general plumbing issues and water heater replacement. Their professionalism and workmanship are unparalleled. Adam and Matt are very trustworthy and courteous. It is comforting to know that we can count on them any time. We also had them help a senior relative with a major plumbing issue. They were incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process. I would not use or recommend anyone else for plumbing service. They deserve ten stars in my opinion.

I had a leak from a pipe running through my ceiling. Ken was able to field the call at an early hour, arrived at my house early in the day, and was finished by early afternoon. He was professional, performed skillfully, and caused minimal damage to the ceiling that was easy to repair. He even referred a great contractor that was able to path things up in a matter of days. I will absolutely turn to Ken for future plumbing needs
