They did a good job in cleaning out our basement sink with a snake. He figured out the problem and explained what was going on. The pricing was fair also better than a previous offer I received.

In my case I was preparing my condo for sale and needed a plumbing inspection I could not be present to review. The 4 Fast representative came to my place, conducted the inspection, filled out the paperwork, and texted me an image of the final form. Their willingness to work with me and around the scheduled sale of my home made a huge difference! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Gouging! Their prices are outrageous I handed out a $89.00!trip/estimate charge only to find out. I would have given this company no stars!
I called around and found another plumbing company, no estimate/trip charge, arrived at the scheduled time, did the repair professionally for less than half of what Johnny quoted. Hard to find honest good service companies!! Luckily there are still a few goods ones out there!

Excellent work by Isaac (#2009), having completed a repair of our clogged kitchen sink! Issac was not only personable and professional, he represents the Roto-Rooter brand very well. Not only did he repair our clogged sink, but he went the extra mile by replacing a broken basket nut that required replacing. I wouldn't hesitate to have Issac back when we need help again in the future. Five stars!
