Best Plumbing Inspection in Washington DC

Mr. Jenkins is a rare bird today! He delivers excellent workmanship, goes the extra step for the benefit of the client, is very competent and thorough and has reasonable rates. We called on a Saturday afternoon, he arrived on time with the replacement parts needed. The replacement wasn’t cheap but well worth the service. He’s a very professional and courteous person.
We will definitely keep his contact info and replace Cool Breeze (we had used them from 1996 until 2022).

[Cool Breeze left multiple jobs incomplete for over 10 months (without follow-up), grossly overcharged for services, and ALL of their work required additional corrective repair due to poor workmanship (unsecured faucets, and shower valves, incorrectly flushed a water heater, improperly tightened water filters and caused a leak that left 3 inches of water in the basement, showed up with the wrong parts leaving only partial use of a vanity sink and more).]

Kap and his team have always been dependable, quick to respond and do high quality work. I’ve used him continuously at numerous businesses. He’s done buildout work, repairs and ongoing maintenance for us. Highly recommend.

Talented, skilled, and honest plumber! Contacted this business, the business owner came out the next day and not only fixed our pressure valve but insisted that it did not need to be replaced as other plumbers had requested. Incredibly polite and professional, and willing to install a showerhead that I had not requested initially. The showerhead installation ended up being much more complicated than initially determined and they did not request or charge any more than the estimate, in fact they refused it when we insisted that the charge was too low. Great job, amazing service and honest to a fault. Highly recommend, Talented and skilled plumber

I have to share this plumber with anyone in need. Save this company for future or current use. When I was in need of help the owner personally spoke with me, made sure he had a backup crew come when things got challenging with my repair and then showed up himself. He was fair and well priced. I will only work with them in the future. A+. Very ethical which is hard to find.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL!

I paid Maurice (aka Mr. Super Plumber) to do a plumbing job for me that took him all day to do. He promised to come back the following weekend because he needed an extra part to secure the pipe to the sink. The following weekend came, he gave me an excuse how he couldn't travel from DC to Baltimore because his mom surprised him and came in town. I was understanding and rescheduled with him the next Saturday. I called him today to confirm tomorrow's appointment and he gave me an excuse how he has no transportation to Baltimore (personal problem, not mine) to finish the job. Meanwhile, he was paid to do a service that he didn't complete. Now, I have to hire another plumber to finish the work. On top of that, (Maurice aka Mr. Super Plumber) spilled purple PVC primer all over my kitchen floor and now I have to pay someone to redo my floors because everyone knows that the plumbing primer stains on contact. He is a scammer and slick talker who doesn't honor commitments Please don't waste your money, energy, or time. Above all, he is full of excuses, is not prompt with returning calls, and will give you the run around. I added the pictures on Yelp to show proof since I was unable to post it to this thread

We had a back up of the toilet with 5 people in the house. I was so stressed that we wouldn't find anyone who could fix it today. Roto Rooter had Paul out in record time. The toilet was fixed asap. No one even had need of a toilet until after it was fixed. Thank goodness. Also, the price was fixed based on our issue so no negotiations or special deals that we had to sort through. It was reasonable from the beginning.

Caution: Unprofessional, shoddy work, unethical business practices

I hired Mike from 4Fast Plumbing to fix a leaky toilet in my home. Cost was $550 and included a 90 day warranty. The toilet was still leaking after he fixed it, so we scheduled a time for him to come back. On the day of the appointment, he didn't show up or call to reschedule. He was a no-call/no-show three consecutive times before I finally hired someone else to complete the work. Mike finally reached out to me via text, but I requested a refund since the work had already been done. He didn't respond to that request and it took another two months (and many attempts) to reach him by phone. At that point, he agreed to a refund, but never sent it. My calls to him since then have gone unanswered and he's made no attempt to reach out and resolve this issue. Don't waste your time or money on this company unless you want to be the victim of unethical business practices and shoddy work which will end up costing you more in the long run.
