My sewer backed up and flooded my basement and I googled for a plumber and I got mr super plumber Maurice answered the phone at 1:00 am in the morning and was at my door in 35 mins cleaned up everything and snaked out my main sewer got me back up and running. Also showed me how to file a insurance claim to get re-Imbursement back for the sewage mitigation bill i paid . This company came in and truly saved us From a serious mess . This is my go-to for plumbing and heating in DC. The workers are very familiar with old houses and related issues. Reasonable prices and fast service!

While the work completed was effective, their staff misrepresented their willingness to work with my insurance company, on several occasions, and worse has been unwilling to provide the most basic information on cost that I have been unable to file a claim - costing me over 1,000 in out of pocket costs. I recommend finding a different company to do business with. I will never use them again.

I called James to help clear my sink and he was in my house within a very short period. He came, fixed the drain and everything is working fine again. I will definitely recommend!!

We had very good experience with Barnes Plumbing company! They replaced old leaking copper sewer pipe in the house. Johnny was great! He is very professional and honest. We highly recommend Barnes Plumbing!

Our main water line had a leak which was seeping up through our driveway. They responded very quickly, gave us a very reasonable price, and Tim was very knowledgeable about what it would take to find the location underground, how much digging might be needed, etc.

They ended up having to dig 3 deep holes and pull through almost 100 feet of pipe in two segments.

We ran into a few complications with weather and the WSSC inspector being wrong, but they came out as many times as it took to ensure we were taken care of.

Our garbage disposal went out within days of them wrapping up the last job and they came out promptly and replaced it no time.

Xavier was very professional and explained every detail of the issue. He fixed the issue, cleaned up and provided a quality service.

My water heater was old and showing signs of water leak. I called Aquaflow and was surprised that they had a heater ready to install even during shortages. The water heater was installed the next day and was inspected the following week by county code inspector. I did not expect that.
