This company is one I would recommend for doing drain stoppage and response to the customers in a timely manner.

I had been waiting on another company I had called several days earlier and after three days of waiting and many excuses, I had to cancel him and reschedule with this company.

Having searched Yelp for a local plumber,
I contacted Jenkins Plumming and Drain around mid morning (10:00 AM) and he gave me a time frame inwhich he would be at my home. He arrived on time, did the work needed to unclog the kitchen drain, reconnected the pipes and checked his work.

I highly recommend this company for the work he performed and the timeliness inwhich he performed his task.

Carlos did an excellent job he was very informative, he explain
to us step by step what he was doing and what process he was going to take to fix the problem. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done.

these guys do good work. not inexpensive, however, have had a number of tasks performed, and they’ve never mined for additional unnecessary work, never suggested additional work that didn’t seem warranted. seems ok to trust their recommended solutions, which to me, based upon my inability to do the work myself, seems valuable.

I have to share this plumber with anyone in need. Save this company for future or current use. When I was in need of help the owner personally spoke with me, made sure he had a backup crew come when things got challenging with my repair and then showed up himself. He was fair and well priced. I will only work with them in the future. A+. Very ethical which is hard to find.

Contracted Mr. Super Plumber (Maurice Walton), on Thursday, December 10 to do a very simple install and exchanging out of pipes and rough-in in the basement before concrete was poured. I hesitantly gave him a 40% upfront and he also asked for another 10% when the job began. Regrettably, I did this and this is where the nightmare began. I know the job was simple because we hired a plumber afterwards who did the job in a half of day with a complete crew. Hindsight is always 20/20!

He showed up the following Tuesday with one worker that did not speak english (called him his helper) and was completely unprepared to do what we had contracted him to do. He spent most of that first day talking and making excuses about why he could only work 4 hours the first day instead of 8. He said that he was tired from having to respond to an emergency at a woman's house the day before. He asked me if it was ok for him to leave early after the first day because he was tired and that he was ahead of schedule. The work that he did on the 1st day could have been done in one hour with a skilled crew.

Day 2 and 3 were much of the same, he showed up late, left early, left the jobsite on multiple occasions for product runs, and had tons of excuses why a one day job had turned into 5. Maurice also communicated to me that my presence on the job site (the house that I own) made him nervous and asked me to trust him and that good work takes time. This was just another ploy and pressure tactic for him to avoid doing what he said that he would do. Aside from all of these other issues, Mr. Super Plumber was just unprofessional. There was zero urgency to do what he communicated at the time that he said we was going to do it. These were signs that I missed.

The entire time that he was on site he kept reminding me of how much money I was saving by using him and how he wasn't charing me more for things that he began to see that he did not anticipate. I regret that I did not follow my first instinct when I met him and went elsewhere.

To date he has received $3700 dollars from me and on the following Monday when he promised he was going to get the job done has disappeared and is not answering my phone calls or that of our general contractor. He told me that $2700 were for materials and all he bought was $100 worth of PVC pipe at best which are still left on site. I intend to file a police report as well because of this money that was stolen from me. To date he has not returned the deposit that we gave him and stated on the phone in our last conversation that he does not intend to.

I would run swiftly in the other direction if you are considering using this company or guy. I can not say this strongly enough!

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.

We had a great experience with Durance after discovering water leaking through the ceiling of one of our closets. They arrived on-time, were professional, and quickly identified and fixed the problem. They did an excellent job projecting the furniture and electronics in the room from the mess as they pulled down the ceiling and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

Overall, they fixed the issue very quickly for a fair price. I would definitely hire them again.

Frederick was great! He fixed a Navien tankless water heater issue that had flummoxed two other plumbers. Next, he fixed the HVAC wiring to our Nest thermostat which one other electrician and one Nest technician could not figure out. In short, in one afternoon he fixed issues that four other professionals could not. If you have a Navien issue, call Charles & Sons first. If you want a problem solver ask for Frederick.
