Best Home Maintenance in Washington DC

As a private person and a Realtor, I have been very happy with Maurice's (aka Mr. Super Plumber) work. He has rescued me when my AC was out on a hot Friday night when I couldn't find anyone else who would come AND he didn't overcharge me. Maurice is conscientious and honest and is my go-to guy.

They were professional, honest and great. Happy i proceeded with them as opposed to the first 2 contractor referrals that my home warranty company tried to send. They were honest and good

Frederick was great! He fixed a Navien tankless water heater issue that had flummoxed two other plumbers. Next, he fixed the HVAC wiring to our Nest thermostat which one other electrician and one Nest technician could not figure out. In short, in one afternoon he fixed issues that four other professionals could not. If you have a Navien issue, call Charles & Sons first. If you want a problem solver ask for Frederick.

I would highly recommend Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Limbert was great. He found issue causing the leak in my bathroom right away and didn't try to Nickle and dime me. I was provided with inexpensive options to mitigate the issue and instructed me to give him a call back if the problem persist. He was on time and professional. I really appreciate the quality service and attentiveness to detail. I will be using them in the future for my plumbing and heating needs.

Tyler from Sila was incredible. He could not have been more professional or accommodating. FWIW he also worked really really hard in pretty terrible conditions for a really long time. I was super impressed. Also, since it was an emergency install, I was really pleased that Sila could do the job the same week I called

This is my go-to for plumbing and heating in DC. The workers are very familiar with old houses and related issues. Reasonable prices and fast service!

We needed some copper pipe replaced at my mom's house (pin hole leaks behind drywall in a 70 y.o. house) and liked Johnnie's work so much we asked him to come back to install a new shower/tub faucet in one bathroom and install new washers in an original faucet in another. He could do it all, and well. Very happy. I highly recommend Barnes plumbing.

Great, quick, and efficient service! I had one of their plumbers come fix what I thought was a shower valve issue since I wasn't receiving hot water on it (which i googled), their experts let me know that they needed to install a spool & cartilage to my shower to fix it. Of course they knew the issue and resolved it there asap!

I love the apprenticeship program. They are definitely shaping great leaders for the future of construction

Probably the most unprofessional HVAC company I have been in contact with. Lack of communication and urgency. Cancelled my appointment after not hearing from them for several hours.
