Best Heating Inspection in Washington DC

These guys were nothing short of absolutely fantastic. We had an emergency with our main sewer line and time was ticking. We frantically did our best to scout 3-4 companies. Stevens was given to us by a friend of a friend of a friend (literally). The others were totally, abjectly awful. They began giving preconditions, giving opinions over the phone, talking about how unavailable they are, and had mighty large attitudes. Just awful. These guys took down my info, knew immediately what to do, I got a callback with a consultation in less than 10 minutes, and then was told that if needed, a plumber could come out tonight (and boy, was it late). Quick, efficient, targeted, and prompt. Literally all one could want from a company. I seriously do not recall being this impressed with a company in a while. Yeah, after hours service is a pretty penny, but what are you gonna do - it's after hours. I sincerely cannot recommend these folks strongly enough. I can totally see how they ended up surviving for more than 13 decades... hopefully many more to come...

I found me super plumber on line called and made a appt to get a price for my air conditioning system to be replaced. I already had 2 quotes from other contractors I decided to hire Mr super plumber. (1) They gave me a better price. (2) they were on time and extremely classy presentation clean cut and professional. (3) The estimator was very patient with explaining the process and details of the install I could feel the pride with this company caring about there customers and quality of work. The other contractors didn't make me feel like they truly cared about me as a customer, the way mr super plumber did. I would strongly encourage any and all of my friends and family to use this company the install turned out wonderful.

Came earlier than they said, quick service even with a unforeseen pipe issue and great service, friendly technician. Def recommend!!

I had a great experience with Plumbline Plumbers. Both times I worked with them they arrived within an hour of receiving my call. At my home they walked me through everything they were doing and were extremely helpful and professional. I certainly recommend them and will use them again.

Ask for Mike. He is the man. Seriously. Maria was also so kind on the phone. Safe to say, Tim Whistler is now my go-to for any and all plumbing needs.

Pricing is reasonable and billing is very clear. They are the most work focused and responsive company I've worked with in a long time. I represent multiple residential clients and they have been incredibly responsive and thorough without fail. Highly recommend.

Top notch, five-star experience for replacing an entire HVAC system.

Estimate and Responsiveness:  Tom K. was our point of contact and I suggest asking for him by name.   Tom has an easy going attitude, is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.  We talked through the details of what I wanted to get done and he was able to generate a very fair and reasonable estimate. I never had a problem getting a hold of him by phone or text and his responses were always quick.  He coordinated everything for our demo, carpenter work and installation and everything went smoothly. He kept me informed each day as to what time I could expect the next day's activities.

Demo: Kenny and John made short-work of removing the old system.  They used drop cloths and made sure to keep a tidy work space.  They quickly dismantled and removed the system without an incident.  Both are very friendly guys and easy to talk with and they know their trade well.

Carpentry: Part of our project required removing drywall, replacing insulation as well as leveling the floor. Amado was off the charts good. Very professional and detail oriented, just a great experience as he made easy work of the project and cleaned everything up when he was done.

Installation:  Again had the A-team of Kenny and John complete the installation of the new system. As mentioned, the guys know their stuff and it was a seamless install.  They got me hooked up quickly, did a diagnostic check, installed a new thermostat and made sure everything was working.  Polite and friendly guys with the right combination of experience and knowledge to make the job an overall great experience.  Jimmy G even stopped in himself to ensure we were happy with everything.

Overall, the kind of experience you want and expect to have from estimate to install.  I have no issues or complaints.  I'd deal with the team members mentioned above and have no reservation about recommending them.  Five-star worthy experience.

Gary Abbott was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and calming. He walked me through the repair process, and talked with the insurance company on my behalf. I am now a Len the Plumber customer!!
