I had a leak from a pipe running through my ceiling. Ken was able to field the call at an early hour, arrived at my house early in the day, and was finished by early afternoon. He was professional, performed skillfully, and caused minimal damage to the ceiling that was easy to repair. He even referred a great contractor that was able to path things up in a matter of days. I will absolutely turn to Ken for future plumbing needs

They worked around our crazy DC condo rules/parking and dealt well with the 100+ year old condo infrastructure. Our condo had special rules for no solder and they were happy to accommodate. This is the second time we used Tim Whistler Plumbing. First time was to check the natural gas line for our outdoor kitchen. They were magnificent then and we were very pleased this time again. Our water heater started leaking suddenly on a Friday morning, which was the original installed 20 years ago or so. We called Tim Whistler, who had us on record through our phone number. They acted quickly, and sent a technician within 3 hours. Mike, the technician, was great. He knew what he was doing, and worked diligently to replace the water heater before the evening. The whole team was really concerned and took the urgency of helping us to replace the water heater within the day. We were spared without hot water over the weekend. Thank you Tim Whistler and team. You are life savers and we are extremely grateful.
