Giovanni and Eric came on relatively short notice and was able diagnose and fix 3 issues causing my master shower/tub to leak into the dining room below. He did it all within an hour or so and was very reasonably priced!

I had a leak from a pipe running through my ceiling. Ken was able to field the call at an early hour, arrived at my house early in the day, and was finished by early afternoon. He was professional, performed skillfully, and caused minimal damage to the ceiling that was easy to repair. He even referred a great contractor that was able to path things up in a matter of days. I will absolutely turn to Ken for future plumbing needs

Be sure to tell the plumber if you have a coupon ahead of time or they'll give you an excuse about why they can't use it.They're decent plumbers, but expensive (as most are). They showed up after the designated window and when we called to ask about their arrival, the office didn't pick up the phone. They completed the service quickly, but then refused to accept a valid coupon when presented at the time of payment. Apparently we had to mention it as soon as the plumber walked in the door, even though we left it right next to the sink he was working on. He then blamed us for not knowing the company policy.Nowhere on the coupon did it say that you had to present it before service, just at some point during the service. They tried to say that most of their customers don't use coupons or don't want to use them. If true, that's fine, but not everyone has that money to burn and as someone on a budget, saving that $55 goes a long way.In fact, they even admitted they don't ask for coupons because they want to charge people as much as possible.Use a different company. These people are not that good (or cheap) that they can be as condescending as they were. I'd rather use a company that actually respects their customers.

I am extremely satisfied with the service that Lions Plumbing and Heating provided. I had a bad pipe leak within my walls that Lions Plumbing and Heating was able to diagnose and repair by replacing the pipes. The service request was done swiftly but with great care. The technician also took time before, during, and after to explain what was going on and how he remedied the situation. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable as well. I will be using Lions Plumbing and Heating for all future plumbing and heating needs for my home.

Fabulous service from Barnes Plumbing today; so pleased that I was motivated to write a review. My bathrooms are as old as the hills and have parts that look like they came out of an archaeological dig (!) Jonny S. figured out what was needed and was able to make a very satisfactory but temporary repair last week while he tracked down parts. He came back to install them today and our 'ye olde' shower now works like a charm. And in addition to great service and expertise, it was a joy to observe and benefit from the pride he takes in his work. Considerate and neat...and willing to indulge the 93-year-old in our house with a photo; made my day TBH. I wish all contractors were like this!
