He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, he explained everything he was doing and even explained what to look for if other parts in the toilet were to break. He pointed out a few pipes to be concerned about and even helped me with a few other concerns I had around the house. Very pleased the service from 4 Fast Plumber today. I made the request late last night, after business hours, around 7PM to Mike, he responded quickly, and was here by 9AM, even showed up a few minutes early. The job ended up being more complicated than expected, but he honored the original quote. I can definitely recommend for your plumbing needs!

We had a basement toilet and floor drain back up at 9PM on a Sunday night. We called a couple of services but Roto-Rooter was the only one to respond. Our service tech (Kam) pulled the toilet, ran a snake down the sewer drain to clear tree roots, and re-installed the toilet. Kam left the house as clean as it was before the backup. Kam left our house at 12:30AM, the end of a 14-hour day for him. He was professional all the way. I highly recommend Kam and this company. Thanks from Silver Spring MD...!

I cannot stress enough, how pleased I am with this company! I came home to what I thought to be a backed up drain in my bathtub but it wasn't and it turned out to be a sewer problem. Ugh.... After speaking with a few different companies and receiving a couple of quotes, I decided to go with Plumber In DC. Mike was the owner and technician that I dealt with. He was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. He was courteous and well spoken. He was very thorough, in inspecting my sewer. He brought a camera with him to camera my sewer and locate the problem. He was confident and direct. I didn't feel like I was getting the run around. He made me feel comfortable in the process. They weren't the cheapest but I could tell that this guy knew what he was talking about and I am a big believer in, you get what you pay for. They dug up the sewer and fixed it all, in one weekend! I was amazed at how fast these guys worked and got the job done! I have zero complaints. Thanks Mike for getting our sewer back up and running! I'll be recommending you to my family and friends.

James came and unclogged the outdoor drain. He used the Hydro-Jet machine to clean the pipes up to 50ft under my house. He was helpful, professional, and quick. Definitely recommend.
