I had a leak from a pipe running through my ceiling. Ken was able to field the call at an early hour, arrived at my house early in the day, and was finished by early afternoon. He was professional, performed skillfully, and caused minimal damage to the ceiling that was easy to repair. He even referred a great contractor that was able to path things up in a matter of days. Ok so where do I start...my mother just redid her living room and dining areas when she sprung a leak in her upstairs bathroom. Now first she had it unclogged and then the massive leaking started then we stopped the leak and then the ceiling started to leak.....for two days my mom cried it’s just me and her so we didn’t have a clue what to do. Rent had just been paid utilities all done and now a $6000 issue!!!!!!!!! I had to try something so I called Roto-Rooter let me just say “JAMAL BYRD #4926” is the man!!! Not only did he help he was as professional and considerate as any contractor I’ve ever met. He helped my mom with filing a claim through her home insurance which may seem easy but we didn’t even think of it during our time of need. He put our minds at ease and went above and beyond his duties! My mom says he’s her adopted son now!!! Lol!!! If anyone deserves recognition for their stellar service I think it should be MR JAMAL BYRD 4926 (my new brother) he made my mom smile after 3days. Great man great service great company!!! Thanks
