Great staff and Good customer service

As a local business owner, I appreciate great customer service! I called around 8am and the receptionist was very pleasant. By 1230pm, the technicians arrived. (I even received a call around 1045am from the office letting me know that all of their technicians were still on other jobs, but I would be getting a call back soon.) James and Scott were very professional and easy to talk to. James is very knowledgable and seems like a valuable asset to the company. Scott was eager to learn. They both spoke very highly of the company and they took pride in their work. Scott even went above and beyond and cleaned out my shower from it overflowing the night before!! I would HIGHLY recommend Atomic! Job well done, guys!

Had a leak in my tub. Home warranty hooked me up with a company that was terrible. Ended up finding Cecilia's on Google and messaged them on their site. They called me within an hour and came out the next day to fix the leak. It was so easy and efficient. Definitely calling them anytime I need home repairs.

This company is very professional, affordable and helpful. Analyzed the problem and fixed it at a really good price. They came to our home three different occasions and they all were good plumbers. It’s hard to find a company that is honest, experienced, and reasonably priced. My husband was impressed and he has years of experience dealing with dishonest contractors and plumbing companies.

I have my fence back!!!!! From the first phone call to the payment our experience with Tim at Zline was smooth, professional and reasonable. The fact that Zline was willing to help us save money, time and frustration by using existing parts lets me know that this company really does have their customers pockets in mind. If Tim can fix it we'll be calling him back every time. If he can't we'll still be calling Zline. Thank you! Bonfire and BBQ here we come!

Ronald was our tech and he was very nice and got the job done! Poor guy had a rough start he locked his keys in his van but he maintained a positive attitude and was very quick to get the problem solved as soon as he was able. Very decent pricing as well. Highly recommend.

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Integrity- always integrity. This company has done work at my 1949 property for over 10 years. Caleb said it best: When Tony (the Company) does a job, he only needs to do it one time. I will wait for their availability rather than use another company.

This is the second time in 4 years that we have called Roto-Rooter for kitchen pipe problems. The first time was in 2008. Our tech found the problem pretty quick, the cast iron pipes in the walls had corroded pretty bad and had to be replaced. We were very happy with the service we received. Fast forward to this past week...we started seeing water come up from the foundation under the kitchen sink area. Called RR on a Sunday morning and even though they were pretty backed up they got a tech out to us later that evening. Long story short--The rest of the kitchen line UNDER the house was going to have to be replaced due to corrosion. We were given options and pricing right up front. In my opinion Roto-Rooter is one of the few companies around who truly care about customer service and satisfaction and we will continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs!

I had my 50 gallon water heater replaced. The techs were great and did a clean job. The only issue was that the receptionist didn't ask me to measure my water heater height so I said it was around 4 or 5 feet tall. The techs given a 4 ft and it wouldn't fit so they returned early the next morning and took care of business.

Ed did an amazing job! Prompt service, well educated on products and services. Will definitely call again!

The two ladies that I talked to over the phone were very informative and professional. The gentleman that install my water heater called before arriving. They both were in and out in no time, with the water heater installed. So far, no issues with the water heater.
