Eric and his Co-Worker arrived within 15 min of their window time and began installing a toilet within 10 min of arrival. They were efficient, clean and courteous and provided great service. Then tested several times for operation and assured me they were available to address any issues in the future should they arise. We were called several times by the dispatch staff and appraised of the install date & time window clearly. All in all an excellent experience for the money spent , a true value. I would use this Virginia Beach site for any future needs and plan to recommend them .

Had a hot water heater installed last week. Entire experience was professional from start to finish. Lynn from the office was extremely helpful in determining my choice of heater, pricing, and answered all my questions as to installation process. Russell my installer arrived on time and was a true expert. Russell should also be given a raise as he had to endure my constant questions and did the very difficult install alone.

Worked with these guys through Lowe's to install a new toilet. Very professional and courteous. THEY DID THE INSTALL THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT THE TOILET!!! Perfectly done installation by Philip and he did it in 30 minutes. Definitely gonna call upon them again to knock out my other two. Very impressed! Highly recommend!

I’m not surprised by the terrible reviews. Not sure why Home Depot chooses to use this company.

We were refereed to this company by Home Depot and we were truly surprised at the absolute lack of professionalism. After some voicemails and some phone tag I had the displeasure of dealing with their HORRIBLE “answering service” . This service advised me at 6pm that this business is still open until 7pm BUT they could not connect me, the would not tell me their name, OR the name of there “answering service” and a supposed manager HUNG UP ON ME. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE.

I bought a new garbage disposer from Lowes. They assigned Perez Plumbing to install it. Two days after I purchased it Perez Plumbing called to schedule it. It was scheduled for Sept. 9th. On the morning of Sept 2nd they culled to say that they could install it today if I wanted. I agreed. The two installers arrived on time and within an hour they had removed the old unit and installed the new one. They were quick and very competent. I highly recommend Perez Plumbing.

HORRIBLE experience!!!! Got a a gas dryer at Lowe’s, got them as installers, tried to get more money from us the last minute, lied that they sent us a quote for that which they couldn’t even find, lied that they told me about this fee every single time they called me. After saying that I’m confused where is it coming from, their reply was “it’s simple you just need to pay the fee!”. Super disrespectful, nasty, dishonest, unprofessional! STAY AWAY from this company! It would be the worst experience you ever had and a complete waste of your time!

Had a hot water heater replaced, non-emergency, office scheduling, pre-installation inspection and installation went well. From initial phone call to job completion was under 30 days. The plumbers that installed were very professional, done within 2 hours and our hot water heater is in the attic.

Initial calls with them seemed good. Waited 4weeks for install date but they called day before & confirmed 9-2 & we are first delivery of the day.
11am - shows up for delivery / install with no dishwasher has to go to Lowe’s (no more than 10 minute drive)
12:30 - still not back & haven’t heard anything. Call the office & am told they went to wrong job (us) & will be back later
2:30 - receive call saying they are running late but we are next
4:00- finally arrive w/dishwasher & do a great job
5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for their technician Cliff who did a great job & felt bad about the mixup & delay

Negative stars for horrible customer service & 2 hours past deadline of original delivery time. 100% should be reimbursed for delivery fee. I think all customers have reluctantly come to terms w/a 4 hour delivery window but this was an entire day spent waiting. 🤬

Do not trust this company! They are awful! Horrible! The supposed supervisor Inworked with by the name of Lynn has zero concept of customer service. I ordered a gas range from Costco and unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with Perez Enterprizes for the install. If Lynn worked for me I would simply fire her immediately. Avoid this company at all costs!

I had a old electric kitchen stove replaced with a new Gas Stove..Completely handled through Home Depot..New Gas Line installed and hooked up new Gas stove, they even showed us how to properly use it..
I have used Perez Company several times in the past and have always found them to be extremely reliable friendly and professional..
I definitely will use Perez in the future.

The two ladies that I talked to over the phone were very informative and professional. The gentleman that install my water heater called before arriving. They both were in and out in no time, with the water heater installed. So far, no issues with the water heater.

Another Lowe’s install gone WRONG. First it took almost a month to get an install date. Second the guy was 1.5 late for a dishwasher install (showed up at 7:30PM for a 2-6pm window). Finally took all of 2 minutes to say NOPE, can’t do it and would not leave the dishwasher we paid for! Wanted to have us start the bid process with his company after we already paid Lowe’s install price. Absolutely, hands down, the worst and most unprofessional installation attempt I have experienced. After all that they drove my dishwasher around town instead of returning it to the store promptly. Stay far away from this company.

I called this company because it is what home depot provides to install tankless water heaters. First off I payed for a appointment $95 for them to come out and give me a quote and I had a time slot for a curtain time and I had to call and find out where the person was because it was well passed the time they did not even call me to advise me anyone was going to be late which turned into someone coming out after hours at 6pm all this happened last week Wednesday and we are 1 week in and there's still no quote so I decided to just call another company this company is not it as you can see with the 2.6 stars. A waste of money!!

Along with the other reviews, this company is the worst!! Lowes is great, but the installers have NO clue WHAT they are doing! The guy came to install my parent's (Eddie and Juanita Blowe) new microwave, he was cranky and complained they didn't give him the correct parts, but he was putting things in upside down and backwards. If he doesn't like his job, get a new job, but don't take it out on the customers. He nearly broke the glass turn table and just threw the microwave and the trim kit back in the box. After he put the materials back in the truck, instead of telling us the next step in getting the situation fixed, he just left without another word. When we went to look for him to ask him what was next, he was gone. Add extremely rude to that list as well...and he almost took our STILL working old microwave, if we hadn't told him to install it back in. Just a nightmare and we STILL don't have our new microwave installed...

Did a same-day installation of my water heater. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Answered all my questions respectfully and volunteered tips and suggestions. My first experience with them, I was very pleased with the service.

The service technician was professional and friendly. Also went the extra mile by installing my bidet.

I purchased a water heater with install through Lowe's on the March 4th. That day they called to schedule an install, since heater was in the attic, install was scheduled for the 8th with a 9am-1pm time frame. Receptionist called at 845 saying that a tech was on the way. Tech and helper arrived promptly explained was going to be done. An inspection of the work site prior to the install showed that the exhaust flue needed to be updated before work can completed. Work was completed timely, everything was cleaned up, very professional.

These guys installed my hot water heater. I paid $850 for the install when I bought the water heater. During the installation, a leaking pipe was found near the heater, but it did not affect the installation itself. The technician tried to completely halt the install, and just leave until I could get the pipe fixed. I asked if completion of the installation at a later date would be included and they refused. I couldn't afford to let the $850 go to waste, so I had to tell them to install it despite the leaking pipe and hope I don't have to pay for removal when my plumber needs access to the leaking pipe. Rough service.

Service was outstanding! My service man found two errors from the previous plumber that was here twice. He fixed the problems and seemed very knowledgeable in what he was doing. I will use this company again for sure!

Lowe’s uses this company to install. I bought a new dishwasher and this company is the one Lowe’s contracts with to do installations. The man that installed was very polite. When my dishwasher didn’t drain correctly the first time I used it I called Perez and told them the problem. The owner came on the phone and was horribly rude and arrogant saying that it wasn’t an installation problem but that my machine was defective and was Lowe’s problem. He refused to offer any assistance. I called Lowe’s and the only installed they use is Perez! Lowe’s called to have them come back out. Took them forever to call me to come back out. The tech came, looked at machine and said not an install issue.... call Lowe’s. It’s still an ongoing issue! Don’t use Perez ever!

Awesome service replacing my old very rusted disposal. The plumber knew exactly what he was doing, worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I could not have asked for better service!

Perez is contracted by Home Depot. We do business with Home Depot regularly and we have recently redone all our floors. Perez has dismissive representatives, they tell you one thing and then do another.Their customer care leaves much to be desired. The plumber, Scotty on the other hand, was great. He did an excellent job and had a wonderful disposition. With that being said, we will refuse to accept Perez as the contracted plumbers from Home Depot going forward.

I’ve never dealt with anyone so disrespectful anywhere, let alone in my own home. The tech who came out was ANGRY with me because I wouldn’t immediately go find a saw and cut out a section of my hardwood floor. He kept pressuring me to do it and kept changing what he was saying about whether he was allowed to do it and how he would have to charge me, but that he actually couldn’t because he wasn’t allowed, but that he wouldn’t have to charge that much, etc. When my husband came in, he told him a whole different store and he changed his “years of experience THREE times. “I think I know what needs to be done, I’ve been doing this almost 20 years.” “I don’t know why you won’t just do this. I’m so good at what I do, I’ve been doing it 25 years.” Etc. He also kept talking about how dumb everyone in the office was and how it was pointless to even have them there to answer phones because they don’t tell customers to clean out everything from under the kitchen sink. When they rescheduled their head installer for the next day, my husband had to take a day off only to sit around all day for no one to show up. When we called to see what happened, they told us the installation was cancelled 2 weeks ago…. Yet they came the day before? This company should be shut down. So dishonest, unprofessional, and hostile.

Purchased a Rheem gas hot water heater from Home Depot. Received a call a from Perez Enterprizes Monday morning to schedule the installation that afternoon. Ernie and Rodney was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The installation was fast and was completed swiftly. I would recommend and use them again.

I purchased faucets from Lowes and contracted Perez to do install. When they called to schedule the lady Melissa was so rude I called the company that chooses your installer and demanded a different installer or I was going to get the install refunded and find my own installer. They gave me another installer. This company sucks do not use.

Hi had the tech Chuck here yesterday to install my microwave. They did a great job. The install went flawlessly and they were done in no time and cleaned up everything before they left. This project has been great from the office people to the techs. I would highly recommend this company.

They were hired by Lowe’s to put my faucet sink , not only did the technician messed up our sink , he also tried to get me to get it fixed by him outside of his company . This company is a joke , if I would of known Lowe’s were gonna hire them for this task I would of not gone through them at all .. save yourselves the headache and don’t hire this company .

Great experience start to finish! I was nervous after reading the other reviews on Google and yelp, but this company was wonderful to work with. From Suzie and Heather in the office who helped schedule my appointment and notified me that the installer was en route, to Eric(k?) who performed the install, I could not have been happier. Eric arrived exactly when scheduled, was professional and courteous, very careful with our floors, and very meticulous about installing and testing our new dishwasher. Highly recommend this company!

This company installed a dishwasher that we bought from Costco. The service was ok except that he didn't take the time to level the dishwasher. So my husband spent a few hours last night doing it. If you use this company for dishwasher installation you need to check their work before they leave.

Installed a gas hot water heater same day. From placing the order to installation total time was maybe 3 hours for $1500 including the tank.

Horrible business

I called Home Depot at 9:30am for a same day water heater install, the said to expect a call shortly. Thirty minuets later I hadn’t received a call so I called Perez’s Enterprizes. The lady talked to was rude and basically told me to wait I will recive a call. An hour and half later still no call, so I called again. This time it was a new lady who took my info and said he boss was on a call and wold call me back with a quote. Two plus hours later, still no call..this company apparently doesn’t want my money. Not recommended at all. If they’re like this trying to give them business I’d hate to have to deal with them after a service/install.

Excellent experience all around with having our dishwasher from Lowe’s installed. He arrived on time and had it installed pretty quickly! The customer service people were also very kind on the phone. I’d have no issues using them again for another appliance install.

The Water heater replacement was went great. Perez Enterprizes in Virginia Beach was prompt, knowledgable, and friendly. They took about 10 minutes to discuss everything that they were doing before starting and then another 10 minutes or longer at the end to explain how everything went and what to expect next. Great Company!!!

Late for service. Contractors smelled like cigarette smoke. Pricing seemed high for service rendered. Actual job was satisfactory though.

Subcontracted to install a dishwasher that I bought at Lowe’s. They are so far behind it took 8 weeks to get a scheduled install date and time. On the day of delivery, during the install window, that I had coordinated and confirmed from my phone 5 weeks prior with Perez’s office staff, I was sent an email that they weren’t delivering because they didn’t have my phone number and couldn’t confirm the delivery. I had received 3 more emails reminding me of the delivery, but not one to say they needed me to call them again and confirm it a second time. They didn’t even reschedule the delivery and install, and sent it back to scheduling through Lowe’s. This is inexcusable from both companies.

The worst with customer service. Rude and inconsiderate. Is a contractor with Lowe’s. Doesn’t take circumstance into consideration, despite installing two wrong (one wrong, one broken dishwasher and won’t take responsibly). When asked to speak with the manager- she was very rude. Within minutes she told us to ask Lowe’s to put us with different installers if we were not happy with them instead of trying to correct the problem. Don’t recommend.

hot water tank through services with Home Depot, Lynn contacted me within an hour, was very friendly, knowledgeable and quoted me a great price, actually $1,000 less than I was quoted with another company here in Virginia Beach
Ernie and Rodney showed up on time that morning with a call to let me know they were on their way, from beginning to end was two hours, they did a great job, they went over and above, replacing some of my flute for my heater and didn't charge me extra , they cleaned up and I had hot water shortly after they left. I highly recommend this team for all your service needs!

Had an appointment booked via costco for dishwasher installation. Appointment was moved and dishwasher sat in my kitchen for a week. I had not heard back from this company so I had my son install. I paid for installation and haul away. Company when arrived would not take away old dishwasher as was paid for. REFUSED TO TAKE IT AWAY

The WORST experience I have ever had with installers. The guy (Wyatt) was rude from the start, angry at his own company for not providing the materials he needed, and refused to install my gas range. I am disabled in a wheelchair. I am sitting here with two stoves in my kitchen, blocking access to the sink and the silverware. No communication whatsoever as to what the company is going to do. I cannot believe COSTCO allows them to install appliances. If I could give them a -0-, I would. The one item that was installed, he left the trash on the kitchen floor, left the instruction manual in the SINK, and did not give me a copy of anything I signed. I intend to file a formal complaint with COSTCO and others. Stay away from these people. You would be better to pick up and install your own appliances!

Workers don't communicate. Sink was disconnected to install new countertops. Worker did not report to company that part to garbage disposal was broken. When two new workers came 5 days later to reconnect, they informed me that they could not connect garbage disposal. When I offered to go get the part, they said they would be finished before I got back and if they had to come back the next day, they would charge me. Unfortunately, they had to return twice because I had water leaking under my sink which inconvenience me for 2 days. Neither time did they offer to put the garbage disposal in. Plummers should know what they are doing and should be prepared for most situations. I guess they are more concerned about the number of jobs they can complete and money but not concerned about the customer. Not satisfied at all. Spending more money to get something done that they should have done. Seeking legal counsel

Professional technician, knew his craft well. Installed a water heater, price was way better then two other local companies.

I called in and set up an installation of a new hot water heater. They arrived with the wrong size and had to come back in a week. Once finished I was told to be home on June 21 from 9-5. I Called the city of Hampton and they said it has never been issued , Perez says they do have a permit. Played back and forth and finally a guy from the city called and said he’ll call. When I spoke with Lynn, she was rude and stated they’ve been in business for more than 60 years and I told her that didn’t matter as its the city of Hampton who is coming to inspect.their work not the other way around. Will never be using them again. Very poor customer service. Stay away if at all possible.

Philip Smith came out and did a install on a new garbage disposal. He was awesome, did it in no time at all, very professional and cleaned up what little mess there was. Was 100% pleased with the service call

I had a dishwasher installed by them and now I need to get my wood floors redone in my kitchen. Ray installed it he was very nice and installed the dishwasher well. Roy brought the new dishwasher up placed it on my wood floors and pushed it along the floor scratching up my wood panels. I called to complain, I had to call three times over a 5 hour span to get a call back. I spoke with the owner finally and he was rude and spoke to me in a very condescending way. Not recommended

Wish I could give 0 stars, the customer service was so bad I went and picked up my appliance myself. They came to install a microwave (took 2 weeks from time of purchase to install, but it was the holidays so it wasn't an issue) then said the bracket needed longer screws. Takes them another week and half to come out. Our window was 9am-1pm on a Saturday. They called at 830am to say they needed to shift to 2pm-6pm. Ok, no big deal. I get a call at 5:45pm that they will need to reschedule again because they are behind schedule. Offered no apologizes and copped an attitude when I asked if they would actually install it the next time since it has been a month. It's a microwave, not rocket science and they only reason we opted for the install was because it was a gift. Would never recommend.

Barbara an employee of this company lacks ethics and customer services skills. She yelled at my husband and I on the phone and hung up on me. The company lacks communication. I received a call confirming my initial appointment.
I called back and confirmed. I got a call again the next day confirming the appointment to deliver the dishwasher. I was surprised because I had confirmed already. I called again. The person I talked to did not get my first confirmation.
