Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and he carefully considered and explained every alternative way to correct the problem. Our kitchen was not connected to the sewer following a remodeling. He managed to open our slab with minimal disruption and mess. When he left us we had a perfect repair in a clean and tidy package. We can't imagine a less painful ordeal considering our circumstances. Not only does Mike generously share his expertise, he gives generously of his humanity and compassion. Our salute to the hardest working angel we've ever had the honor to meet.

Cecilia's Home Repair is a stand-up company. A repair tech from their local branch showed up to my house in 15 minutes at night time, no less, on a holiday to repair my clogged drain and then charged me a discounted rate! The repair tech, Anthony, was in and out in less than 10 minutes and was as professional as anyone I'd ever met! I will reccomend this company to anyone in the Hampton Roads area!

The faucet and handles in my sons' bathroom shower were leaking. I called and All Day Plumbing was at my house within the hour! Come to find out I needed to convert the 2 shower handle faucet to 1 because it was old, outdated, and outlawed because of scolding issues.. 😬YIKES!!!

Anyway the repair/convertion price was resonable, the techs were kind & respectful, they fixed the problem same day, AND I received a miltary discount. A straight win ALL the way around!

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

Mr Patrick was a wonderful and experienced person. He was able to identify the problem (seepage) and explained to us clearly. He fixed it in less than an hour. I called this company out to fix a clog somewhere in my system the water from the upstairs toilet and shower was flowing into the downstairs toilet and shower causing an overflow. They ran the equipment through the pipe and said that the problem was fixed. They asked me to flush the toilet in my bedroom to see if it was running smoothly. The toilet did not run over.

Now, the way that this problem was discovered is my 30 y.o son came to visit, 2 months later, and used the upstairs shower and the sa.e problem occurs. I don't go upstairs because of back issues, so I would not have discovered there was still an issue. Mind you, no one ever came into the house to check out the issue to make sure it was repaired, even when I asked someone to check it. I called today and the receptionist/scheduler tells me the repair is out of warranty and I will have to pay another $150.
What bothers me the most is that this company advertises tas believers, but does not stand by their work. Would Jesus want us to treat our fellow man this way? I don't think so. Jesus would ask that we do all work as unto God and to right our wrongs. Hence, if the problem still exists, it was never fixed!
