Best Water Line Repair in Virginia Beach VA

Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

Nice and friendly but geez, very very expensive. $350 for first pound coolant and $180 for every pound after that. $360 an hour to find leak. My neighbor charged me $175 for 6 pounds which he did state was cost. Seems like Smith could have better prices. Think they like to push new stuff which I understand but times are difficult. Previous visits were going to charge me $650 for a $20 capacitor and starter. Went on Internet and bought 2 for $35. Then they said they would charge me $250 to change it which is at max a 15 minute job. Need a new system, good as any but will shop around next time for future visit consideration.

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. So far Gravity Plumbing has installed a dishwasher, repaired a leaking copper pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced a commode and is about to install a well for watering my garden! These guys rocked. Before I called them I had a nationally known company come out first and they not only did not fix the problem but also broke one of the pipes in the house. All Day Plumbing then came out and did a good job trouble shooting and determining where the problem was, then fixing. The plumber was very proficient. Also WAY cheaper and competent than the national brand guys. Great work

The service tech # 7200 “Hunter Houston” was very professional . He explained the process of snaking the drain & described possible reasons for the clog & preventative measures that can be taken to Possibly keep the drain from clogging again. He was very patient & understanding.

A1 is absolutely amazing. Very easy to schedule, they send you a message with a picture of the person coming to your house. Christopher Boyd, was very professional, he knew exactly what the issue was came in and had everything done and put back together very quickly. He was in and out of my house in less then 30 minutes. He was on time, and did an amazing job. Thank you for being such an amazing company with awesome employees.

Jason did the electrical work for an exterior plug and switch for our generator. He explained exactly what he was going to do. Afterwards he allowed me to video his instructions on how to properly connect the generator to our home’s power grid. He also recommended that we install a whole house surge protector which he then did for us. Jason was courteous, on time, efficient, and very professional. We give him our highest recommendation.

Never returned my call, made several attempts to call them after initial call where they took my information stating that I would get a call to set up an appointment.
