A handyman walked away from the job after cutting off the water to my mother's house and removing a toilet. He did this while I was attending a funeral. My mother is 87 years old. Called Atomic Plumbing and Ryan Dean responded Saturday afternoon and restored water to the house. He finished the job Sunday morning. He was the nicest, courteous, neat plumber I have ever met. I can't say enough good things about Atomic Plumbing from the employee who took my call to Ryan Dean's excellent service.

Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Great service. Easy to communicate with and on time. Investigated my concern based on the symptoms I saw. The issue was elsewhere in the system and he was methodical and systematic in his troubleshooting. He found and corrected the problem. His price for the this job was very reasonable. He also found other issues and provide me with a realistic way ahead and reasonably priced solution. Highly recommend and will keep his number.

Finally!!! We have been having so much trouble with companies not showing up, not giving proper estimates and horrible work. These men are excellent! They did our back splash in the kitchen, some woodwork that needed to be done and some repairs in our garage. They did great work, very impressed will be using them again.

Sean installed a gardafe disposal, relocated a gas line and reparied a broken flange on the toilet. He went above and beyond the expected. They had to fix a incorrect size for the faucet by redrilling, they moved the stove and took care not to damage any thing. All items were completed timely and we are very happy. He provided a estimate for the work and that was tge price.

Dom did a great job. Found the problem fast and got us fixed in under an hour. Explained everything clearly and answered questions as well.

I contacted this company yesterday for some sinks that I needed installed in my establishment and they were very responsive. From the moment I requested a quote online all throughout the process they were very responsive and professional. They showed up on time and ready to work. The work was completed efficiently. Mr. Randon explained tye work that needed to be done and his team made sure everything was completed to standard. I would highly recommended this company for all your plumbing needs. I will definitely be using them again!

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Don't be fooled! When you call for information or to schedule an appointment, their customer service is great, but if you have any issues/complaints, the customer service quickly goes down hill. The work done was good, although everything wasn't discussed prior to the work being done. When we had an issue with the billing, everyone from the owner, Jimmy, to the office manager, Candice and Cindy were all rude. I have never been talked to so negatively and from so many people at one company. I can honestly say they do not value customer service AT ALL. If you want to risk everything being done with no issues, then give them a call but if anything can possibly go wrong, don't expect them to be nice enough to fix/solve it. *If you don't believe me, sort the ratings by lowest score, you'll see for yourself how the owner handles his customers.*

American Mechanical rep very knowledgeable. Let me know Freon used in old AC units will soon be hard to come by; new units will be using new Freon. Also said to have City Inspection. Important. If unit caused any damages in the future, insurance would not cover it without that inspection.Didn't like the financing company, but who does. Interest too high for me. Payments didn't make a dent in my bill whole first year. Chose to pay off in full. Hard hit for the savings.American Mechanical does a good, thorough job. Good service plans.

Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and helped me fix the problem over the phone for a clogged shower drain after I had tried snaking the line myself. Saving me money!!!! Will call again for sure!
