I came across Cecilia's Home Repairs from a neighborhood app. God answered my prayers, I really did pray. The team was professional, put my nerves to rest and performed a fabulous job. I went from a 1980's builder grade bathroom to an updated original. I can't stop looking at it. Every trim, tile and fixtures were installed with exact precision and now my bathroom is pure perfection. I would give them 10 stars. Please call them for any home repair job, you will not be disappointed.

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. A-1 was great from the moment I initially talked to them. They fixed the broken pipe same day and explained the problem and made recommendations. We ended up repiping the house. Greg was great. He's one of the nicest and hard-working people I have ever met. He's takes great pride in his work. If I ever need any plumbing work in future, A-1 will be the folks I call!

American Mechanical removed an old wall unit and installed a mini split system in our sunroom. The techs were Keiahd and Colin. Keiahd explained everything they were going to do, we decided where to hang it, place lines, etc. I have to say the work they did was amazing. They were at it non stop all day and it worked/looked perfect when completed. Honestly, the area was cleaner when they left then when they started. They were super nice, professional and definitely new what they were doing. I highly recommend AMech for any similar work, in general, and that team in particular. I highly recommend calling Rob, Tony and his team. I needed a toilet and sink installation with all new pipes going down to the basement. They did such quick work. Of course, there was an unforeseen issue. Roots in the pipes that prevented the water to flow properly through the house. It caused overflow which was extremely frustrating but they handled that too.
These guys are such gentlemen. So nice, patient and professional. They work with clear communication and are fair with their pricing, which I appreciated so much!

I have found plumbers for life in Coast Plumbing! As long as I live in the Norfolk area I will call Coast for anything I need. We knew we needed our main sewer line replaced from the house to the street and got many estimates. Not only was Coast fairly priced, but they recognized the urgency of our fix and were able to begin work very quickly. Tim and Doug are such friendly guys who take the time to explain what they’re doing, which made me feel so much better about such a big project. Coast Plumbing is an all-around great company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs the job done well!

I am quite upset because Betty's name is still being used and they do not honor work that had already begun in North Carolina saying they have been taken over by Atlantic and Atlantic doesn't have a NC license. This unit cost $5.300.00 and we can't get a company in NC that will take over Betty's contract. We even paid for labor & parts to be good until 2021. We trusted Betty's and want to know why they can't acquire a NC license to honor their contracts if they are going to continue advertising. Where does that leave all the rest of the people that trusted them in N.C. I lived in Newport News all my life and referred Betty's to everyone I know. I can't even get Betty's Supervisor or owner to call back to talk to them. Help somebody!
We have been dealing with this over three weeks. The water of condensation falls straight through to the duck work and pulled it down. My husband is in his 80's and crawled under the house and saw what has happened. The drain is not clogged. The water just goes straight through. We shut off the unit so no more damage can be done. We don't want to mess up our warranty knowing this. Here is a warning to all residents in N.C.
