The technician, Manny, was very professional and non-judgmental when he saw some of my DIY systems that have bandaid-ed the plumbing problems I have been dealing with. It was finally time to call a plumber and I am glad I called Roto-Rooter! Manny was thorough in explaining the problem(s) I was experiencing, and clearly explained the options to solve it. His service was efficient, and has been effective thus far! I felt very comfortable and trusted him to do a thorough job unclogging some drain pipes and replacing some plumbing traps. He was also enjoyable to talk to and answer my other random plumbing questions. Thank you!

I had a sewage back up in my home at 3am Sun morning. I called my home warranty company who wasn't open at the time and had to call back hours later at which time they assigned a plumbing company to come out that I never heard from until today (Tues). This was a very urgent matter so I called A1 who advertised having 24hr emergency serevice and I got the answering service who immediately had someone call me at 4:30 in the morning. I think his name was David. He gave me some advice on what to do as far as getting my warranty company to authorize them to come out to do the job so that I could be reimbursed what I would be paying out of pocket to them. The warranty company made me give the company they assigned to me 4 hours to respond before they would authorized A1 coming out, but in the end they did. When I called back to have A1 come out, I spoke to Carol who was very pleasant and eager to help me in my frantic situation. She really took the time to explain things to me, give me pointers and she just calmed me down and took some of the edge off. She kept me posted every step of the way as far as the technicians whereabouts and when he would get to me. Once the technician (John) got there, he immediately located the problem and got me up and running again, because before he got there, I was unable to use any water or toilets in my home. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. All and all these people seemed to be very honest and trustworthy. I felt comfortable with them and will definitely used them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Just as pleasant and understanding as to my disposition that particular day. The young man was perfect. Knew his job well and explained everything thoughtfully well

They came out to find out what was going on with our outdoor lights. They went over and above to find the problem. I would recommend them for your repairs.

I highly recommend calling Rob, Tony and his team. I needed a toilet and sink installation with all new pipes going down to the basement. They did such quick work. Of course, there was an unforeseen issue. Roots in the pipes that prevented the water to flow properly through the house. It caused overflow which was extremely frustrating but they handled that too.
These guys are such gentlemen. So nice, patient and professional. They work with clear communication and are fair with their pricing, which I appreciated so much!

They worked with my schedule and were easy to reach and communicate with. Robert was friendly, competent and professional. He covered my floors with plastic from the door all the way to the bathroom. I was charged exactly what I was quoted despite it taking a bit longer than what he thought it would take. I would def. call again if/when plumbing services needed.

Todd Anderson was awesome! He came and cleared a drain clog. His rates are very reasonable, even though it was a weekend job. Very prompt, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!!! Would definitely utilize again in the future. Thank you!!

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

When I called him for about 3 of my plumbing jobs, he was always early, walk me through from start to finish. He was very reasonable on his prices and he is my go to plumber. This is the man to take care of all plumbing and gas issues and projects.

I would give a rating of below one if possible. They replaced all of the lines in our home from the back of the house to the street. While the plumbing work may be fine, the damage done to the inside of our home is unbelievable. Plastic was stapled to walls and ceilings, including wallpapered walls. Our marble floor was destroyed because they failed to cover it properly. Carpet was ruined because it was not properly covered. A kitchen cabinet and Corian countertop were damaged because of their lack of respect for our belongings. The concrete poured to cover the openings in our slab were not level. In one place you could see through to the ground. While I have been told by management that things have changed as a result of the errors made during the work on my property, I am left with many bills to pay. Our insurance company has been wonderful. However, we have out of pocket expenses because of the insurance limitations.

Overall professional, amazing personality and gets it done right the first time after dealing with 3 years of inexperienced plumbers

Lindsey Brothers came out to my Father in laws house on Christmas Eve morning and fixed his heating problem within an hour. He had been told by another company they couldn't come until the 27th which meant no heat or hot water for 5 days. He is an elderly gentleman and would not have been able to stay in his home for the holidays if it wasn't for Lindsey Brothers. Thank you for your prompt, professional service and with a smile.

Friends I just want to put this out there for anyone that may need a plumber... I needed some work done and called A1 American. They quoted me $836.00 and at least two hours to get water flowing again to my house. I called A1 Plumbers - not to be confused with A-1 American - Once the plumber arrived he had the repair completed and water restored in about 15 minutes for $199.00. If you need plumbing make sure you call the right A-1! Just sayin...
