Totally professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. We have a toliet we need to replace and Sean came out twice to auger it to help me just get through the holidays before having to fix it. He was literally here 10 mins after I called him. He also provided info on which toliet would work best for the replacement. I'm so glad I could find a plumber who I can trust.

This company is slow and very time consuming. Their employees milk hours, they must get paid hourly. As I am told by many other customers, They never bring proper parts and have to have an employee make multiple trips to their warehouse and back to the job. One couple told me guy smith was at their home from 10am until 9pm that day. They asked the employees if they could come back the following day and the employees said they are told they have stay and finish the job. This couple fell asleep on their couch waiting for this company to leave. Out of 5 customers that used this company because of their false positive reviews all 5 customers said guy smith took the entire day to do a job. If you use this company you can guarantee they will still be clanking away while your at the dinner table with your family.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

Nolan, tech #4147, who came to solve our plumbing issue was very professional and friendly especially for a late afternoon call. He fixed our problem and provided added information that was very helpful.

Bert did an amazing job. Showed up during scheduled time, troubleshot the issue (loss of water pressure to entire house) and resolved it within an hour. Bert was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend and will use this company again.

Tim Hatfield responded to my house to look over my central air system. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He was most professional and he steered me to the Trane unit that would best work for me. I received a couple of calls from Kim who kept me in the loop regarding Tim's appointment to respond to my house. She was very friendly and professional. My new unit will be installed on August 11th.
