I was extremely happy with my service by them. Matt came out, with short notice, and inspected my problem bathrooms, checked my cleanout in the yard, made sure everything was cleared out and left me with flushing toilets and draining sinks. I’d definitely refer friends and family their direction.

Mike showed up on time and was extremely professional. He installed 3 toilets and took the time to answer any questions I had in addition to explaining the steps he was taking to make sure there would be not problem afterwards. With the replacement of each toilet he made sure everything was exactly like he found it. I will definitely call Atomic plumbing again for my plumbing needs and make sure I get Mike again to do the job. He is definitely an asset to your company.

We have used Mr. Dodd for over 30 years because we can always rely on excellent service. He has completed several HVAC jobs for us during that time. When you call James Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the phone is answered by his wife Carolyn. With her pleasant manner, she does a thorough job getting detailed information about the HVAC problem. When Mr. Dodd arrives, he has a base of information to assess the problem. He then prepares a detailed work order including the material needed to complete the job, the amount of time to complete the job, and the cost.

Over the years, Mr. Dodd has replaced an entire HVAC system in an older house we owned, completed a tune-up on an existing system (several times), replaced just a part of an HVAC system rather than the whole system, and this week, replaced a gas hot water heater for our home.

Several years ago, Mr. Dodd hired his grandson as an assistant. The two work as a great team. So, when you call Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the same team arrives to do the job every time.

Our latest plumbing problem had the team arrive, check the type of water heater needed, and locate where the water heater was in the house. The Dodd team was back in a short period of time. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and hauled the old water heater away. From start to finish, the job was completed in a timely fashion.

When Mr. Dodd left to purchase a new water heater, he could have easily stopped at a nearby Big Box store. Instead, he went to a wholesaler and purchased a higher quality water heater at a much lower price.

Since Februrary 2018, our HVAC unit has not operated properly, the first problem: blower fan needed replacing, then a condensation leak on the outside of the unit concerning the exhaust piping, then the same piping began leaking behind the front panel, the unit's variable speed feature would not operate, then the induction motor needed replacing. Norman serviced the unit, then Brian became involved, and finally Larry performed a detailed analysis resulting in a fully operational unit. These techs were polite, arrived on time and worked diligently to find the source of the unit's problems. Guy Smith also honored their stated and written warranty. For the past 2 days Brian and Larry spent most of those days examining the unit until they were satisfied the unit operated properly. In final, I extend my thanks to Norman, Brian and Larry for spending the time and expertise to bring my HVAC unit back on line and extending the unit's life-time.Peter Axson

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. If you ever need a plumber, they are the one to call and they mean it when they say 24/7 day or night they are there for you and very punctual. Staff is also so professional and their rates are reasonable. They also immediately responded which was very important. They understand the assignment and did not leave a mess.
