One might think so many positive reviews might seem suspicious. Not so. While a little steep, these guys communicated with me continuously and serviced my drains within two hours of my call. While a little steep for about 30 minutes of work, the overall service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

The friendly and fast response time was invaluable to me when I made the call last night. It was 8 pm on a Saturday night and my kitchen sink was plugged and the garbage disposal appeared to be leaking under the sink, too. I called another place first, but they weren't going to get here until the morning. So, I tried Cecilia's and within the hour all was right in the kitchen. Plus I was given some guidance as to what may be needed sooner rather than later to ensure it didn't happen again. I am ever grateful for the timeliness and personable response I recieved. Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

Cost is reasonable and workmanship is great!

Everyone at All Day Plumbing was very friendly and easy to work with. They got our dishwasher picked up, installed, and the old one hauled away the next day after we called them. They were very efficient and knowleable. We will definitely use them again!

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

Somewhere behind my kitchen sink in the wall there was a leak. You know that quotes can vary wildly and times for a plumber to even fix the problem are far out. Doug came to give us a quote and he was like a breath of fresh air. He had a solid plan and a reasonable quote. I called the office to schedule expecting to have to wait at least a week but Linda found a slot for us two days away. Doug arrived on time and found pinholing in the pipes that I'm sure would have taken anyone else hours if they found it at all. He didn't have to tear up any walls and was able to fix it all through a tidy hole under my sink. I am very pleased with their services and I would definitely recommend them.

The service was fine in terms of the work they did with the dishwasher. They literally HUNG UP on my fiance when he called inquiring about why we spent $100 to snake our pipes for the washing machine when the tech told him PRIOR that the problem is that the pipes were too small and that's why it was leaking. The only reason they looked under the house was to see how much we would pay them IF we decided to redo our lines. If you knew what the problem was, why are you charging for a service that wasn't necessary to perform? That's called taking advantage of your customers who don't know much about plumbing.

My advice: Don't yell at your customers. I could hear this person yelling at my fiance on the phone and I wasn't even standing by him. When my fiance would try to talk, I could literally hear this person constantly talking. You might do quality work, but your customer service and this experience was terrible. If someone pays you for a service and they want to know what why something was done that way, getting defensive doesn't exactly look the best..regardless of whether they are upset. We didnt even get to share the fact that upon inspecting our washing machine, there were dents in the door that werent there before..because we were hung up on. I guess thats what you get for trusting you'd be in good hands from a number one rated company in Portsmouth. This was our first and last experience.
